    Hi,

The site I am currently creating is for organizing volunteering events. I have added Community Events because my client wants other agencies to be able to post events as well. I added Event Tickets so that a number of volunteers needed for each event. Once the event is created, my client is going to assign a “Team Coordinator” who will be in charge of facilitating that particular event.

Is there a way that a Team Coordinator (designated by a specific role assigned in WordPress) can view/edit the details of an event from the front end, including the RSVP list, if they were not the user that specifically created the event?

    Hey Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You should be able to accomplish this by modifying the “Author” of the event and switching it to the Coordinator that you would like to be able to manage the event.

To do this, you’ll see an “Author” box on the event edit screen with a dropdown of all the potential users that you can assign as the event author. If you don’t see this box, select the “Screen Options” tab while on the event edit screen within your dashboard and ensure that the option is selected.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!
