    Hello muslimmarketing,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

    1. <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>When updating an event by removing the “Recurrence” feature, you can have all future events deleted by going to the first recurrence of the event (or next upcoming) within the events listing within the dashboard of your site and clicking “Edit all”. Now, when editing and removing the recurrence feature, you should see a warning pop-up letting you know you’re editing all events within the series. Save the event and you’ll see all future recurrences of the event have been deleted. </span>
    2. To update the stock availability within EDD for the tickets, go to the edit screen for the event associated with the ticket and go to the section where the tickets were created for the event. You can then click on the “Attendees List” and then delete all the sample purchases from that list. This will update the stock back to the full amounts.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hello ggnrg,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You can definitely search by month using the “Date” field within the search field. For example, if I would like to search within December of this year, the format there would be 2014-12. Additionally, if you approach via the Month view of the calendar, the options for that section will default to month rather than days.

You can also search by state within the “Near” field within the search bar for Events Calendar Pro. Here is a screenshot of what both of those items would look like within the default search bar.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hello sigurdur81,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

The simplest way to accomplish what you’re looking for is to follow our Themer’s Guide and move the grid.php into your theme and modify that line to be:

    $days_of_week = array('M', 'T', 'W', 'T', 'F', 'S', 'S');

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hello intsculpturectr,

Thanks for following up with us!

I apologize but don’t think I’m following you on this part of the approval process. Are you unable to approve all of the events with the single action defined above? This shouldn’t need to be done for all events in the series, just for the last event and the approval will apply to every recurrence of the event.

I apologize again for the confusion, let me know if I’m understanding the issue correctly.

    Thanks!

    Hello neueideas,

Thanks for following up with us! I tried testing out the solution on my local install however I didn’t get the error while trying to add the event to my calendar using the +Google Calendar while I had Jetpack’s’ Sharing tools activated.

Would you mind trying the Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if this is a conflict with Jetpack in general or if this is possibly a conflict with the active theme, Jetpack and the events calendar plugin.

    Thanks!

    Hello cgarwriter,

I apologize for the frustration you’re having in using our plugin on your site and trying to get the homepage to display the way you would like. Unfortunately, by default, there isn’t a setting to get the events within the blog loop to display like they do within our plugin views without digging into PHP.

As an alternative, it sounds like your site might work if you’re able to use the default events list within our plugin (http://allekiskicalendar.com/events/) as your homepage? You can accomplish this by using the Event Rocket plugin.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hello yvrmark,

Sorry that I missed your previous comment. To be honest, I’m not fully familiar with the way W3 Total Cache interacts with the captcha when used by Contact Forms 7. Based on the exception provided within the W3 config file, there may be something that could be changed to ensure that this isn’t affected by caching. However, that would definitely be beyond the scope of support here considering the next update of the plugin, barring any unforeseen issues in the Quality Control process, will include a built-in option to fix the spam issue.

Also, the plugin Andy mentioned above looks pretty solid. It may be a good alternative to use until the next release. Thanks for that suggestion Andy!

    Thanks!

    Hello adamvanbavel,

I apologize for the confusion as well as the frustration of having so many spam comments. Barring any unforeseen issues, a built-in solution will be available in the next update to the plugin.

In the meantime, I’ve created a zip file of the plugin available from the Github link so you can upload it directly to your site. This in conjunction with the Really Simple Captcha plugin will allow for a captcha to be added to your Community Events submission form.

    Thanks!

    Hello sharon,

Thanks for reaching out to us! This definitely sounds like a strange problem to be having.

I tested on my local install and wasn’t able to replicate. Would you mind creating a sample event and free ticket on your site that I can purchase and then print the ticket to see the issue in action and where the ticket is being cut off?

Hopefully we can help to the bottom of this issue.

    Thanks!

    Hello kiralybalazs,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I checked out your site and can see that the Filter Bar doesn’t appear to be working as desired.

As a first step, try following the Testing for Conflicts to help in determining whether or not this really is a plugin conflict and which plugin is causing the conflict.

Hopefully this will help to get you pointed in the right direction.

    Thanks!

    Hello adamvanbavel,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I apologize for the issues you’re having with spam on your site. The issue is something we’re aware of and are working to have a built-in solution for in an upcoming release.

In the meantime, the code that you link to above is a plugin on it’s own and the approach yvrmark lays out above should work perfectly with the addition of the Really Simple Captcha plugin.

    yvermark,

Thanks for providing the information in the previous post! It sounds like the issue you’re having may be a caching issue. Does the issue persist if you completely clear the cache and then disable caching for the “community/add” page?

    Thanks!
