ParticipantHey cjoles,
I’m glad the solution that Brian has provided is working for you on the images!
I’m personally unable to recreate the timeout issue, I’ll run the issue, along with the comments from your hosting provider by our developers to see if this is something that we would potentially be able to address. However, with the nature of the plugin needing to create a new event for each Facebook event that is being processed, I’m not sure how much we would be able to reduce the load described by the host.
Thanks!
January 5, 2015 at 3:50 pm in reply to: Conflict with Download Manager – error log content included. #929053Josh
ParticipantHey Roberta,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I just tested with the WordPress Download Manager plugin and was able to recreate the issue where uploaded files are not saving as attached to downloads when creating new downloads while The Events Calendar plugin is active.
To be honest, I’m not sure this is something that we would be able to address within our plugin. The download and and associated meta should be contained completely within post type created for the download manager plugin and shouldn’t directly interact with the Events Calendar events when saving.
Let us know what you hear back from the other forum. If there is something we’re doing that goes against WordPress best practices that is somehow causing the issue, we’re definitely more than willing to look into a solution.
Thanks!
January 5, 2015 at 3:36 pm in reply to: Plugin Conflict with MaxGalleria causes next Month Calendar View to display blank #929049Josh
ParticipantHey!
Thanks for reaching out to us and going through the conflict procedures and narrowing it down to the MaxGalleria plugin however it sounds like the root issue is a javascript conflict.
When using the galleries, are you adding any on the page with that houses the month view of the calendar? If not, you could try limiting the load of the javascript resources for the MaxGalleria plugin to only load on pages that contain a gallery.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a complete answer but hopefully this will help to get you pointed in the right direction.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Everyone!
Sorry for the delayed response! We’ve been taking a break to spend time with our families over the holiday season.
Steve, thanks for the helpful suggestions! We love seeing users within the community offering support for other users!
bluebeesocial, it appears there may be a few more selectors that need to be added to the list for the temporary CSS fix. Try adding “.tribe-events-event-cost” to the list like so:
.tribe-events-schedule .tribe-events-divider, .tribe-events-schedule .tribe-events-cost, .tribe-events-event-cost { display: none; }Also, like Geoff mentioned in the post linked to by Bennie, we are currently addressing an official fix for this issue within the next maintenance release. Barring any unforeseen issues with the implementation, this release should be available shortly.
Thanks!
Josh

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up!
If that’s the case, you can take the same advice from the first response with using the custom query. You could then manually control the order using a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh

ParticipantHey Nat,
Thanks for following up with us.
Yes, as it stands right now you would have to create each event individually since recurring events aren’t currently supported in WooCommerce Tickets.
That being said, support for recurring events and our WooCommerce Tickets plugin is currently in active development and is currently in the queue to be released with the next update of the plugin early next year. So, barring any issues with development or Quality Assurance, it should be released pretty soon.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Robert,
Sounds good Robert. Look forward to hearing back from you after the holidays.

ParticipantHey zOrg,
We should be able to package the new theme up for you however it’ll probably be after the holidays before we’re able to get it for you.
Let me know if this works.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey zOrg,
Sorry about that, we recently updated the site and that zip file is from the old version. I’ll reach out to the team to see if we’re able to get a zip file together for the new version of the theme.
Thanks!
