ParticipantHi Miguel,
It looks like all of that code you should just be able to place in your themes functions.php file. Tim might have some pointers or instructions otherwise, but I would try that first.

ParticipantHi Andy,
Ok, sorry about that. We could try some other things or you can follow the instructions here to downgrade: https://theeventscalendar.com/faqs/help-i-upgraded-but-its-causing-me-problems-how-can-i-downgrade-to-a-pre-3-0-version/
Let me know if you’d like to troubleshoot further.

ParticipantHi Victoria,
Thanks for all this and the update. On the API key, there is no limitation with this to using the plugin, only being able to run auto updates. So the site should still work fine…
Those are some very strange results… Please let us know what you find after clearing out all the old events.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantAwesome, glad to hear! You should be able to remove the related events with this function:
/*-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------*/
/* Remove Tribe Related Events
/*-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------*/
remove_action( 'tribe_events_single_event_after_the_meta', 'tribe_single_related_events' );

ParticipantHi trimiauser,
Are these ID’s from Facebook page events or personal account events? Can you please provide me with some ID’s you are trying to import?
Thanks,

ParticipantHi pandology,
I’m not sure how to do this myself and will need to check with one of our developers. Stay tuned.
Thanks,

We are still waiting for an update from you on this before we can do anything else. Please provide the updated credentials as soon as you can or we’ll close the thread.

ParticipantHi wiredimpact,
Unfortunately I don’t know the answer to this one either and am going to need to check in with a developer. Stay tuned for an update.

I’m not actually sure myself and will need to check with one of our developers. Stay tuned for another update soon. Have you looked at the themer’s guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/)?

ParticipantHi Dennis,
We are aware of some issues with the Canvas theme and you can try this fix that may help:
Jonah
ParticipantSounds good Kathleen, if your friend say it loads fast for them then maybe it’s an ISP/internet issue?
@Laura – please try some of the above suggestions and if you can, please provide us more information about your hosting/server setup.
Thanks,
