ParticipantHi Sheila,
Ok, I tested this on my end and an editor can see a venue created by an admin. There must be something in your setup that’s preventing things from working right. If you’ve had customizations made that could affect this you’ll need to either remove them or have someone help you update them. To find out if it is a customization I would suggest reverting to the Twenty Eleven theme to see if it’s something in your theme that’s causing the problem. Please try that and let me know what you find.
Thanks,

ParticipantTry deactivating all other plugins and/or reverting your theme to Twenty Eleven. Try that to rule out a conflict.

ParticipantHi Sheila,
Ok I thought you were talking about the back end the whole time. The front end Community Events form is a whole different ball game… I’ll look into the issue on my end and see if I can duplicate it.
On the other question, please create a separate thread for that to keep things organized.
Thanks,

ParticipantNice! Where are you getting this error? Can you please paste the full error message and/or provide a screenshot?
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Michael,
You can place this code in your themes functions.php file to filter the title: https://gist.github.com/4074168
I hope that helps!

ParticipantHi Sheila,
I’m not sure why you are not seeing the input for the license. My suggestion just to make things easier would be to manually update. Just download a copy of the plugin and copy the contents of the zip file, replacing all the files for the existing plugin.
Let me know whether or not that works.

ParticipantHi Josh,
Please see this FAQ on the topic: https://theeventscalendar.com/faq/the-calendar-page-title-shows-title-of-an-event/

ParticipantYep, you should have: wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/resources/events-mini-ajax.css being loaded. You should also have wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/resources/events-mini-ajax.js being loaded and it’s not on your website. I would suggest re-downloading both plugins and reinstalling manually again. Something is not right with your install. Also maybe try reinstalling WordPress because there could be files missing. Let me know how that goes.

ParticipantHi Sheila,
Are you seeing this issue on the front end via the Community Events plugin or on the back end?

ParticipantFor some reason one of the stylesheets is not loading like it should be. You are running 2.0.10 of both plugins? Try reinstalling both plugins manually by re-copying the files over. Also, make sure you don’t have anything in your theme’s functions.php file that is removing the stylesheet or other scripts.

ParticipantHi Kevin,
Ok, I’m going to need to have you try deactivating all other plugins and/or reverting to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out a plugin or theme conflict. Let me know how that goes.

ParticipantNo problem Jason, let us know if there’s anything else you need.
