ParticipantHi Shane,
First make sure you are running the latest version of all our plugins. Can you tell me what versions you have installed?
Thanks,

ParticipantHi beeldenstorm,
There may be some other way but unfortunately we will not be able to help you with this. You’ll need to work it out on your own or hire someone to help you. Good luck!

ParticipantHi Mar,
I tried importing https://www.facebook.com/events/502692133091597/ and the image came through just fine. Can you try deleting the event and importing again?
Thanks,

Participant@Josh – two things, one, make sure you are properly placing new PHP code in your functions.php file. If PHP is open “

ParticipantHi Zeke,
I checked things again, this time just using the WP 3.0 custom menus and I’m seeing the menu in all cases on all pages regardless of what template option I have set in Events > Settings > Template. Since you’ve tried deactivating all other plugins, the only other thing I can think of is something in the WooTheme settings. Have you tried changing anything there? Have you tried starting over with a fresh copy of the theme or resetting the settings?

ParticipantHi Will,
I’m not sure how to do this myself but have passed it on to one of our developers to take a look. Stay tuned.

ParticipantHi Mar,
What type of image does that event have in Facebook? How big is it? Can you send it to me so I can test it myself? You can email to pro [at] tri [dot] be and attn. to me, please also reference this thread. Do other events with images work or is it all of them that give you this error?

Participant@Laura, ok the problem is PHP is closed at the end of your functions.php file. So, either remove that last ?> to unclose PHP or open it back up before the code I provided with

ParticipantHi Javier,
The code is good but there appears to be a bug related to featured images and recurring events. Are you working with recurring events?

ParticipantHi Roberto,
What code specifically are you working with? Please provide examples of all your code otherwise it’s hard for me to know what you are trying to do.

ParticipantHi Zeke,
Ok I see what you’re talking about now. Although I’m still seeing it show for me… Just to clarify, this is using the WooThemes Custom Navigation system correct? You know that’s an outdated system for managing menu’s right? WooThemes recommends using the WP 3.0 menu management now. That could be part of the problem. Have you tried this with the WP 3.0 menu system?
