Ah, ok. When I went to the link you provided there was no mention anywhere of a free version. I just installed it and it worked like a charm. Thanks for your assistance!

This “free” plugin is $99 :/ Doesn’t seem like a good solution to me. Why would you prefer users to go to 3rd party plugins to export information from your plugin? As a PRO user of your plugin, you should be able to export events/venues/organizers/etc, don’t you think? Such a bummer that your solution is to go pay another site $100 so I can export my venues…

Ah yes, I see that now. I just connected with the site owner and it looks like it was the reader that was the issue. They tried a different RSS reader and everything was showing just fine. When we looked at the feed page and the dates we were looking at were publish dates, not event dates, so that is why we weren’t seeing Nov 6th. It appears it is actually working correctly. Thanks for clearing that up! 🙂

Please ignore the “Correct Answer” submission. The button was a question and I clicked it so I could select “no”… apparently it’s not actually a question and a submission that the post reply was correct, which it was not.

The dates in your screenshot for your feed are written in. I’m not sure what you are using to see the dates on the feed you’re looking at since I don’t see any dates listed except for the ones you’ve placed onto the image. If you click the RSS feed link I gave you (the feed that is coming directly from the website), you’ll see that the Mondays in November are missing… for instance, November 6th is not on the feed page at all but you see it on the calendar. Please click the feed link that shows the feed directly from the site and shows the dates in the code.

    Hello,
Just wondering if you have an ETA on when we’ll get an update to fix this issue? It’s been almost 2 weeks and we need to get our calendar showing events correctly. Having missing events is not a good thing, especially for a school. If you have any sort of ETA, I’d love to know! 🙂

    Hello,
Not a problem, I understand the forums are busy.

So, I copied the full site over to the the staging area so I could de-active all plugins AND could change the theme. I did just that and am still experiencing the issue. The only plugins active here are for The Events Calendar… I also updated The Events Calendar plugin as suggested (I just updated it last week and didn’t know there was another one) and that did not help either.

I thought the issue could be that the event was imported and maybe that caused an issue so I created a test event called “Free Pizza” that runs all day from October 27 – Nov 13 and am still having the issue.

If you look at my 2 screenshot snippets you’ll see that when in the Oct view you can see the “Free Pizza” events on the correct days and can even see them going into Nov in the next month preview at the end of the calendar (where it’s faded out to show the next month) but once I switch to November the event is gone and is even gone in the October days you can see that are faded out.

This is a link to the staging site where I am experiencing this so you can see it first hand.

Is there someone in support who can help troubleshoot this issue? It’s been 2 days and we need to get this fixed. Please advise.

That is so odd. We haven’t touch anything and the live site is no longer doing what I was referring to. How is that possible? We made no changes and did no updates after I contacted support. Huh. The staged site is still having the issue (so you can see what I was walking about… the dates showing at the top of the event page don’t match the actual dates which you can see if you scroll to the details section) https://kehillah.staging.wpengine.com/calendar/kinnus-all-school-retreat/

Oh well, as long as the live site isn’t showing the wrong date, that’s all that matters to us. I’m not sure how it fixed itself 😀 If it happens again I’ll contact support again. If you happen to look at the staged site and happen to know what it could be, please let me know in case it does happen again.

    Hello,
I copied the site over to a staging area so that I am not messing with the live site now that school has started and both students/parents are accessing the site now. I ensured all plugins and core was up to date, deactivated all plugins except for Tribe plugins and switched the theme over to Twenty Seventeen… still getting the same issue.

    Normal calendar page: https://kehillah.staging.wpengine.com/calendars/schoolwide-calendar/

URL for same calendar once you switch to Sept: https://kehillah.staging.wpengine.com/calendars/schoolwide-calendar/?tribe_events_cat=schoolwide&tribe-bar-date=2017-09

I’m not sure if the debugging works on a staged hosting site, but I got these errors from the wpengine dashboard. They may not be related, but figured I should share these too just in case.

    Hello Cliff,
I’m a little confused by your “slightly different URL” reply. The URL you show is the same that I shared exactly. I got to it the same way you did. If you do exactly what you did, once you get to september (or any other month other than the one you land on for the main page) try refreshing your page and you’ll see that it becomes a “page not found” and a “There were no results found.” message. We get this if we try to direct link to a specific month and once in awhile when we’re simply changing months.

Jennifer, you are my HERO! That settings change worked like a charm. All of the duplicates are now GONE! Thank you so much, what a relief that it was just a simple setting issue. Thanks again!

I’m trying troubleshooting steps while I wait for a reply since we need this fixes ASAP… Just letting you know I also logged in and downloaded older versions of the plugin to see if it’s just a newer release causing the issue and that didn’t help either. Still the same issue with an event that is on a single day lasting only a couple of hours showing on the correct day calendar view as well as on the day before (though if you hover over the duplicate it shows the correct date it should be on). Just FYI.
