ParticipantHi,
I have made some tests and it seems that the problem is in our child theme. I will inform how this will go. Or if i notice that this was not the case.
It could be also some outdated files (templates) in our child theme from events calendar or events tickets. It would be very handy to have some notice if site is using outdated files in child theme.
Sorry about this.
I will let you know (when i know).
thanks

ParticipantHi,
I just updated but the ticket sales close still at the wrong time. Still two hours before it should?
Any recommendations?
thanks
Ilkka
ParticipantHi,
Okay, Thanks for letting me know. I guess that it is not a good idea just add two hours to my closing time as when the fix is coming it will be wrong again.
So i will be waiting for the fix and hope it is published soon.
thanks
Ilkka
ParticipantHi,

ParticipantHi, No harm done. I understand it will get confusing if everybody starts commenting in between.
thanks

ParticipantHi, and yes on the main calendar. (month view)
Thanks
Ilkka
ParticipantHi, yes this is exactly what i want. I just need some directions for this one. I understand that you can not guide me through customisation.
thanks.
Ilkka
ParticipantHi, Ok. just thought it could clarify things. Sorry, i will not take part on this one.
Ilkka
ParticipantHi,
Almost correctly now. Except that the next and prev month arrows are coming no problem with that. But for the customer this is confusing. We would like to always the calendar to open from a month that has events, not current date (if it does not have any events).
thanks
March 28, 2018 at 4:29 am in reply to: Event time changes if wordpress timezone is changed? #1490452Ilkka
ParticipantHi,
Okey i could figure this out. It is something i have not realised before. I have never taken any action to click the timezone after the event date. And it seems that if WordPress time zone is changed all other types having tickets will change the timezone accordingly, but posts wont. So there is the confusion coming. Luckily i had just a couple posts having tickets. So it was not a big task to change it manually.
Ilkka
ParticipantHi,
For me it is only posts that have tickets facing this issue. For some reason it takes into consideration the time zone when it was created. I believe because this is only limited to posts it has something to do with showing the post creation day and time in normal posts. And it comes affected when the timezone is changed. i Can change the timezone back but then my sales end in the wrong time.
Thanks
