Thanks Geoff… we’re all good on this topic, nothing further 🙂
PaulaParticipantJust so other readers can see where you then edit the details…
PaulaParticipantOk, I got it… you need to View Details and then the fields are editable. Thank you so much Geoff, that is great!!!

PaulaParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for your response. I have a clarification. If we custom-code then we update eventually, we will lose our custom codes, right? Thanks.
PaulaParticipantIt actually seems like this old thread refers to the same thing – https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/attendee-data-wiped-when-global-ticket-fieldsets-are-updated/
PaulaParticipantWhat has now happened is that I have edited a ticket fieldset title. Now when I export, there is no data in that column.
I really really need to be able to edit this information so I can get the correct data on the export. Please can you tell me where exactly the ticket fieldset data is stored in the database so I can at least access it that way?
I have added a snip of the fieldsets and not the latest export.. anything earlier than the 33, the column is blank. This is the same fieldset that I edited that previously contained the DOB as per the previous screenshots.
Also my system info is already shared (ie. it is ticked and I have pasted the code several times as well)
Thank you for your help,
PaulaPaulaParticipantHi Geoff,
Thank you so much for the fast response. I tried the database way but I got confused as my update did not result to my expected output. Right now, I’ve already installed the plugin you suggested. However, I can’t find the page/option to edit a registrant’s information. Can you help me around this? Thanks!
PaulaParticipantHi Geoff,
Thank you for the help. About the second option you offered:
Installing the following beta plugin https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/0767b38ffcccfbf90817a542253de1d6 this lets you change attendee info in the backend. You will need to download and install the plugin manually.Do you mean creating a folder named “meta_hawk”, putting the meta_hawk.php file inside and then uploading it manually on the backend?
PaulaParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for the reply. We just want it to be more convenient for people who wants to purchase only one type of ticket. But we don’t want to remove the existing “Add to Cart” button on the bottom part which allows people to purchase more than one type of ticket.
Is having these two types of “Add to cart” button okay? Thanks!
PaulaParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for the info, looks like its been stable with the last few orders coming through, so will just monitor closely going forward.Re the automatically created customer account in woocommerce… I cant find where these customer login details would be as creating a user for each order is set as disabled, so they are not in the user area on the backend. I also can’t find a plugin to access and edit the information within. Could you recommend any?
Thanks again for all your help Geoff & apologise in advance if Im being a bit blonde re finding how to edit & access as a user!!!
Cheers,
PaulaPaulaParticipantThanks so much Geoff, but unfortunately there was another this morning without Attendee info… screenshot attached. This is a real worry as we do need this info.
Also, I dont think I can login as the user to edit as the purchaser as they are guest checkouts, so dont have a login and password. I will ask our developer to try the code referenced on the github thread.
Thank you,
PaulaPaulaParticipantHi Geoff,
Thank you so much for the continued assistance.
Yes, I removed the first code before trying on the new code you provided. Unfortunately, it did not work and it displayed the quantity selector for ticket and non-ticket products on Cart page. I reverted it to the first code immediately as the site is live and people can already book.
I attached a copy of our theme. We’re using Divi child theme but I can only attach the child because of size limitation. If you need the parent theme, just provide me an email address. Please do note that functions.php now has the first code you provided.
Thanks!
PaulaParticipantHi Victor,
Thank you so much for the assistance and reminder.
