June 12, 2017 at 6:43 pm in reply to: Attendees By Ticket count do not match with Event Tickets List #1296948PaulaParticipant
Hi Victor,
Any progress on this fix as it is really messing with our numbers of attendees and orders. We now have a mix or real data and trashed data in the overview.
It would be good to know how to make it remove all the trashed orders and attendees.
We have another problem where if an order is cancelled, then the attendees are retained in the events – we have to manually locate the order and remove the attendees on the event ticket. please help 🙂
How long do you expect this fix to take?
Thank you,

PaulaParticipantHi Jeff,
Thank you so much for your assistance. The code you gave worked well and now the quantity selector does not show up on the Cart page but works well on the event booking page.
I just have a slight issue. Our shop is also selling non-ticket items such as shirts. For this type of item, having a quantity selector on the Cart page is okay since we don’t need additional information from the shopper. Is it possible to apply the code to ticket items only?
Thanks!

Yes, that screenshot is correct. But it only searches by purchaser name, not attendee name. For example, if a person names Abby is booking for her friend Jane, I’d like to be able to search using Jane’s name too. For now, I can only search through using Abby’s name. How can I add search by attendee’s name?
Thanks!
PaulaParticipantThanks for the awesome support guys! Have it working really well now!
May 15, 2017 at 5:50 pm in reply to: Event Tickets with Woocommerce products on Divi theme not working #1284116PaulaParticipantHi Geoff,
So, I have purchased the Event Tickets Plus Addon … but… sadly the Event Tickets add on is still causing an issue with my products.. the attributes are unable to load.
Earlier in the thread, you assured me that Event Ticket plus runs smoothly with Woo Comm and Divi, however, one still needs the event ticket plugin activated together with the Event tickets plus plugin. So we are back to square one with the event tickets still causing a problem with the products.I really need to setup these products this week with tickets associated to purchase and am horribly stuck as it just wont work. please can you help or send me instructions on how to setup my variable product with tickets to purchase? I have hunted through the knowledgebase and forums and cant find anything Im afraid 🙁
Thank you very much,
