PaulaParticipant
Working for us too… thank you SO much, this has really helped us out heaps!!
PaulaParticipantThank you JB, I have forwarded to our lovely developer and will let you know how she goes implementing this 🙂
Really appreciate the fast communication on this!!
PaulaParticipantHi Jennifer, Have you heard anything further on this from the developers? Thank you 🙂
PaulaParticipantThank you Jennifer, I look forward to the response from the devs today 🙂
PaulaParticipantWe are using the latest version of Divi… is there any known conflict you are aware of?
PaulaParticipantThank you Brendan,
I will test this as much as I can… does it not maybe have to do with the WP update?
PaulaParticipantHi Cliff, No… we have an upcoming event (~6000 entries) and I have tested the event registration with 45 entries. Of there 45 entries, 5 of the entries submitted had no attendee information. However, I have asked our hosting provider to up the memory and they have done so (to 1GB). We are testing tomorrow again and will see if this has made any difference as I suspect that the information is lost due to insufficient capacity to process it all.
I will touch base again after the test.
Thank you for your response anyway 🙂
PaulaParticipantHi,
I figured out that I can use Jquery datetime picker in an input with text type. I was able to make it work on an input I added after the event description here: https://harboursport.co.nz/calendar/shore-to-shore-long-bay-primary/
However, it doesn’t seem to work when applied to the date input in the ticket fields. Another issue is when I try to add 2 tickets, the date input fields have the same ID. Is there a workaround to this?
PaulaParticipantso this would relate to a previous post of mine: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/add-missing-attendee-details-in-completed-purchase/
The fix for this was to install a plugin where we could add the missing info… however, with a small event this was ok… unfortunately, this is not an option for a large event and really hoping that in the meantime there has been a solution for this 🙂 Fingers crossed as have to have this nailed within the next 2 weeks ….Eeeeek!August 2, 2017 at 2:05 pm in reply to: Display Events as Slider in Divi Theme's Post Slider Module #1329734PaulaParticipantThank you Shelby, look forward to a solution if there is one 🙂
PaulaParticipantHi Geoff,
The plugin you sent worked perfectly! I can now add details to the existing records. Great job! Thank you to you and your team!
PaulaParticipantHi Geoff,
Sorry for the very late reply. Thank you so much for this news! I will try this plugin and really hoping it will resolve our issues. Thanks so much, I’ll update you right away.
PaulaParticipantHi Geoff,
I granted you access to the Google Drive files a few days ago. Have you successfully accessed it? Thanks!
PaulaParticipantThis reply is private.
PaulaParticipantHi Geoff, thank you so much for escalating. I have asked our developer to provide you with the necessary files and in the meantime, I have tested multiple entries at one and also tested changing the inventory (I thought it was possible this as around the same time of the order, I had changed the inventory on one of the tickets)
In the screenshot:
1 = order place post changing inventory
2 = registering multiple attendees (5 in one go)Hope this info helps 🙂
