MemberHi Tomas
This is very unusual. Unfortunately others aren’t experiencing it and most of our team are unable to replicate the same problem. We will try a few more things but are close to the limit of what we can do to help.
Can you disable autoptimize and enable
SCRIPT_DEBUG(see here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#SCRIPT_DEBUG). Neither of these steps should prevent the site from operating properly. You’ll just help us to be better able to troubleshoot (and you can revert these steps when we’re done).I know you’ve gone through it already, but after enabling debugging, can you do another pass at the Testing for Conflicts by disabling all other plugins and using Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ or another default WordPress theme?
Then ping us and we can take another look.
If we are still unable to reproduce the issue at that time, our final step would be for you to create a sub-directory based test site with nothing but our plugins and a default theme running in the same hosting environment.
I really hope we can narrow this down.
Thanks

MemberHi Tasha
Can you try using a redirect plugin to achieve this? https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ worked for me. I set the local dev site link to redirect to /events and was able to see Filter bar displaying that way.
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Dennis
You can use Event Tickets Plus with Woocommerce. You will need to use both plugins, as well as Event Tickets (free).
You do not need The Events Calendars to use Event Tickets.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Frank
The best way to email your event attendees with newsletters would be to export the attendees list. Go to Events. Then mouse over an event and click Attendees. From there you can export the attendees as a .csv file that you can import into an email newsletter system.

Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
In your specific case, can you send a screenshot of what you mean by “tabs”? Do you mean your website menu or somewhere else?
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Luca
If you’d like to remove the title section, can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance ยป Customize ยป Additional CSS?
h2.tribe-events-page-title {display:none !important}We do have a resource on how to translate our plugins further: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Deborah
We can handle payments for event tickets. Check out our plugin: Event Tickets Plus https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/. In order to connect to Stripe, you’d also need to add in one of the following e-commerce plugins: WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP eCommerce, or Shopp.
Like Events Calendar Pro needs the free “The Events Calendar” plugin, you will need to also run our free plugin Event Tickets alongside Event Tickets Plus.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Raul
Can you clear your server cache and disable the caching plugin. Then clear your local browser cache, and possibly even open the site in a private browsing/incognito window.
Also https://www.diocesisvitoria.org/evento/adoracion-eucaristica-evangelizacion/all/ shows only 1 event in the series, not a recurring instance really. Can you visit this thread on our website (not reply by email) and upload a screenshot of how you created the recurring event? Specifically edit the dashboard for that series of events and show the recurring settings.
Let us know how changing the slug goes. I believe this should be done specifically on the post that things redirect to. I hate to break links, but todos is likely the issue there.
We also did a quick check of your website for malicious code and found the following report: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.diocesisvitoria.org/. You might need to review this with your theme developers to determine next action steps.
I’ll share a specific logs with you in a private reply.
Thanks

MemberHi Simon
We are seeing this error 56 times in your log
PHP Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/spsp1457/public_html/wp-content/themes/kallyas/template_helpers/pagebuilder/pagebuilder-functions.php' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/php') in /home/spsp1457/public_html/wp-content/themes/kallyas/functions.php on line 71That tells us there is some broken code in your functions.php file. Probably there by your theme.
The other fatal we are seeing is an out of memory. I can see from your System Info that you have a memory_limit = 128M so I would suggest increasing that limit to at least double.
Please let us know if these areas help you get the issue resolved.
Thanks
