MemberHi Mario
So sorry for the delay. We had a holiday weekend, but are fully staffed again now.
It looks like your event is scheduled to go from August 28 to September 25. Can you change the end date to August 29 to review?
Thanks

MemberHey Torsten
It shows that you may be a bit outdated in your plugin versions. Can you confirm that you’ve updated the plugins and run through the conflicts testing?
You might find your conflict quickly by using Plugin Detective https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/.
Thanks

MemberHi PΓ©ter
We always recommend that the end client owns their own license, especially for ongoing support. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/client-or-dev/
I’d suggest reviewing our Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms for a full legal answer about including the plugin within your theme.
You are free to purchase the plugins, and even to design for them to be included in themes that you sell on Themeforest. However, we can only support clients that have their own login to access our help desk.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Ignacio
1. We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
2. Events Calendar Pro is not required to use Filter Bar. Do note, Filter Bar will only work on the default /events page. It will not display within shortcodes, etc. at this time.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Mark
Unfortunately at this time, Filter Bar will only display on the default /Events page. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request.
You can vote for it at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17840326-make-filter-bar-compatible-with-shortcoded-calenda.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jannik
So sorry for the confusion.Β We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account Β» Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.Β Head over to Plugins Β» Installed Plugins Β» Add New next and select the Upload Plugin at the top of the screen. This should be a .zip file.Β If your browser has unzipped the file automatically, please check your browser settings to alter that and try downloading again.
You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Go to Plugins » Add New Β» Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.
After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Mario
Can you show me one instance of the event being edited? I’d like to see when the start/end date is set in the editor view.
Thanks
