MemberHi Daniel
You do not need to match the version numbers. They are not in sync with each other. Please let us know how the update goes!
Thanks

MemberHi Kristy
It looks like your version of The Events Calendar may be out of date. We issued a hotfix to 4.5.12.3 to address a known bug in WordPress core. Because WordPress addressed this with WP 4.8.2, and applied their fix retroactively to older versions of WP core, it impacts all versions of The Events Calendar before version 4.5.12.3. Can you update to at least that version, or even up to 4.6, which contains the fix, and let me know if the problem is still happening?
Thanks

MemberHi John
I believe the month view of the calendar may be part of the hotfix we issues to The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3. The fix is also found in 4.6. Can you please update to that version and let me know if the issue resolves?
Thanks

MemberHey there
At this time, our plugin is limited to just WordPress. However, we’ve been working on something that might interest you. It isn’t ready yet, but you can find out more at http://m.tri.be/19qc.

MemberHi Bonnie
So sorry about the conflict. The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3 is now available, which resolves an issue related to the display of events in the default Month View. This issue (https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/41496) was introduced with WordPress version 4.8.2 and impacts all previous versions of The Events Calendar AND WordPress coreβall users are encouraged to update as soon as possible. No other changes were made to any other areas of the plugin, and we apologize to anyone who might have been affected by this issue.
https://theeventscalendar.com/hotfix-the-events-calendar-4-5-12-3/.
All versions after that update will have the fix as well.
As for the support/updates, after the license expires, access to plugin updates and support expires as well. Events Calendar Pro will continue to function as it last had at the end of the license term.
Thanks

MemberHi Robert
Can you tell me the domain name/website address for the site? I’ll look to see what I can find.
Can you also log in to the site, go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses and see if the Events Calendar Pro license still displays? If so, please send a copy of that to us as a PRIVATE reply.
If it looks like the Museum paid for the license directly, we’d be happy to just change out the email addresses on record. If it was purchased by a former developer, we can walk you through the steps to ask them to transfer the license to you.
Thanks

MemberHello Peitro
I think this guide might be helpful to answer any questions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/.
You can apply your license on up to 10 sites without issue, and it will count just the number of scheduled imports, not events, that are imported daily.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Luca
Event Aggregator does import iCal and .ics feeds. Are you able to specifically get a .ics link?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
Unfortunately, Event Aggregator doesn’t import xml feeds. We can work with .ics/iCal, Google Calendar, Facebook, etc.
http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ does show the domain as a WordPress site, though it hides much of their plugin data. The original site may have a different type of export feed that could work with EA.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
