GuestHi,
I took over the web management for Van Eesteren Museum, which uses the pro version of The Event Calendar. Our license expired and we would like to renew it, however we have no idea which email was used to login on your website. Is there any way you could change the log in information?
With kind regards,

MemberHi Robert
Can you tell me the domain name/website address for the site? I’ll look to see what I can find.
Can you also log in to the site, go to Events » Settings » Licenses and see if the Events Calendar Pro license still displays? If so, please send a copy of that to us as a PRIVATE reply.
If it looks like the Museum paid for the license directly, we’d be happy to just change out the email addresses on record. If it was purchased by a former developer, we can walk you through the steps to ask them to transfer the license to you.
Thanks

GuestHi Courtney,
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
I have no idea through which account the license was managed.
The website domain is: http://vaneesterenmuseum.nl/
I found the license key under settings. However, I have no idea how to send a private relply.
If you could help me do that or transfer the login, that would be great.
With kind regards,

When you visit this thread on https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/lost-account-login/ our public support forums, at the very bottom should be a “Reply as Private” option before submitting your reply. This way, only you and the support team will be able to see the information.
Thanks

GuestHey Courtney,
I am sorry, but there is no option on my screen to send a private message. Maybe because I am not logged in?
As I can not log in, is it possible to do this by email? Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
