September 25, 2018 at 5:33 am in reply to: Does the free ticketing plugin support SUMO WooCommerce Payment Plans plugin? #1629915
Courtney
MemberHey Hayley
Event Tickets only supports free RSVPs and Paypal for purchasing tickets at this time.
Event Tickets Plus requires an e-commerce plugin be also installed. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Ori
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Facebook recently declined our efforts to work with them. https://theeventscalendar.com/important-facebook-api-changes/ We are terribly sorry about this.
You can still import events using either of these 2 options outlined in How to Import Facebook Events into Event Aggregator https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-import-facebook-events-into-event-aggregator/, though it is a less ideal method than we previously had available.
Needless to say, we are just as stuck and frustrated as our clients on this issue. If anything changes, we will continue to keep you updated through our social channels, blog posts, newsletters, and on https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a discount for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
If you interested in a refund, you can fill out the refund form https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHi there
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
There may be a little help at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-sort-events-by-distance/ if you’re up for coding this yourself. Please see our Themer’s Guide as a starting point.
If you’d like to hire someone to finish this see: Custom Development
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can vote for it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.

The details in previews come from your WordPress excerpt. https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/excerpt/
If you’d like to customize what displays beyond the excerpts, you might be able to code this yourself. See our Themer’s Guide. We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
If you’d like to hire this out, see our Custom Development resource.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHi Silas
You’ll want to start with Event Tickets.
A quick start to using this is at our New User Guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/
Then, I’d suggest importing the tickets you want to create with a CSV file: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Thanks

MemberHey Shelly
I believe you might’ve been thinking about attendee reports. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#dl_attendee-list
To export data as a csv, check out https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/. It is a 3rd party plugin, as we don’t yet have those features ourselves. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.

In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.
If you’d prefer to spare yourself the hassle with personal license plans limiting you to only one site live, you could check out the business level plan.
If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.

MemberHey Lisa
Yes, we have a basic search included within The Events Calendar (free). See the top line of WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.
Advanced search features are part of Filter Bar, which is the 2nd row on the demo site.

MemberHey Joe
Wow, that is a great customization of our plugin. Unfortunately, we don’t offer that out of the box. It looks like they’ve done a lot of work to customize how our plugin appears. You can learn how to get started at our Themer’s Guide or hire someone to see this through for you from our Custom Development resource.
To see our default views, check out WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. This is most all of our plugins in use, so extra features may be shown.

MemberHey Jo
Aside from Event Aggregator , all the other plugins require that you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads, download the plugin, and then upload it and activate it on your site.
Can you tell me if the others are installing and activating?
Event Aggregator comes inside The Events Calendar and only requires that you add just the license for it at Events » Settings » Licenses. You can find the license at My Account » Licenses https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys.
Let me know if the other plugins activate as well.
Thanks

MemberHi Shanda
Events Calendar Pro is not required to use Community Events. However, they are different products with different features. Community Events can include some of the extras that Events Calendar Pro includes.
