    Hi Brendan, Everything was working fine until I updated the plugin. I am using your theme, and only the required plugins.

    This is not the first time this has happened when I updated the plugin.

    Hello? Here is a screenshot .. None of my sites are importing per last update .. Here is a screenshot of the error .. I’ve checked the event, it is public and get this same error with both one time event imports, and reccuring events when putting in the organizer link.

    Hi George, I installed he new update and manually ran a few imports and it’s still not importing the FB event image. Disappointing.

    I am holding my breathe that the scheduled imports will start working, but I have to wait till tomorrow to see if that actually happens.

    Overall I don’t have the time to be manually adding the FB images to 50+ events everyday and getting pretty s frustrated. Seems like we’re losing more functionality than we’re gaining on each update.

    Hi George, my scheduled imports will not run and they show an error message and an “unkown” last import date. It was detailed in this support thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/error-importing/

    If I manually run the scheduled imports for each one it will import the events, but it won’t run imports automatically as it should.

    Same boat, as with others. Scheduled imports are also not working .. I’m giving it till this next update, but these are two huge bugs and the sole reasons I went with this plugin .. Have 3 sites relying on it to work that I have to manually push imports through for on almost 100 FB organizers.

    Unfortunately we’re stuck paying, while we don’t get the functionality we paid for. Are you guys offering any concessions for those paying for imports they are not getting?

    Hello,

    I’ve had the same issue, see the thread .. There is supposedly a fix coming in the next update, but no time frame given .. I have three sites using this plugin and about to abondon it as it all has to be done manually at this point .. You can see the comments in the thread:

    Also, FB events are not importing the image with them as per this last update, so another big bug .. May be a good idea to come back to this plugin down the road rather than paying for imports that don’t work.

    Having the same issue .. No event images are importing and the iCal export buttons are greyed over boxes ..

    Here is the Events>Settings>Import I’ve included and the Global facebook imports portions. I am only importing from Facebook at this time.

    I’ve attached the screen shot .. I have about 45 different facebook pages that I’m importing from. I’ve also imported a screen shot of the Scheduled import screens showing the error symbol.

    I went through and manually ran the import on all the scheduled imports, I am still getting an exclamation symbol, but its now giving me the last import time, rather than “unknown” .. Could it be that if the system runs and import, and finds no new events or updates, that is shows the exclamation symbol rather than the check mark?

    Hi Hunter,

    Still having issues .. Still getting “import failed” on all of my scheduled imports on Vancouverlive.ca .. Tried a new install but same issue … Having it on my Sunshinecoastevents.ca site as well.

    Any ideas?

    I want and did a “Run Import” on all the old scheduled import sources with Aggregator and its now fixed and importing properly! Thanks for the help!

    Hello, I’ve upgraded to Aggregator and have moved everything over. I have also tried conflicting plugin troubleshooting but I am still having the issue of the venue not importing when importing from Facebook events. A few venues worked, however the majority of imports are not importing the venue information properly.

    Any further help would be great!
