Participantandreafph,
Thanks for getting in touch! It appears that something is different with this custom page template you’re using, and the ‘tribe-events-pro-full.min.css’ stylesheet isn’t being included on the page. Since this is an issue specific to your theme, I would suggest reaching out to your theme developer to have them help you troubleshoot further. We’d defintely be happy to answer any questions they might have about how the plugin works while they’re troubleshooting. Hopefully that helps get you pointed in the right direction. Thanks! 🙂

Participantmiranda18,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. I’m noticing several javascript errors on your site. Can you try temporarily reverting to the default 2013 theme to see if this issue persists? I suspect that this is an issue with your theme, but just want to narrow it down a bit before troubleshooting further.Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks! 🙂

Participantleepettijohn,
Thanks for getting in touch! The tribe_is_in_main_loop() function should do exactly what you’re wanting to do here. Give that a shot and let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantsimonovski,
Thanks for getting in touch! It looks like you’re running a previous version of the Events Calendar. Please update all plugins to the latest version (3.6.1) and let me know if your problem persists. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

ParticipantDid you check the ‘show google map’ checkbox on the event? http://grab.by/xvs2
Casey
Participantastcit,
Hello again! 😀 Your best bet with a change like this would probably be to perform a template override of ‘the-events-calendar/views/list/single-event.php’ and just remove the anchor tag there. If you don’t know how to perform a template override, take a look at our themer’s guide, which should get you started.Give that a shot and let me know if it works for you. Thanks! 🙂

Participantmarty,
Ok, upon closer inspection, you can still use ‘eventDisplay’ => ‘upcoming’ with tribe_get_events(), so my previous advice should still be valid. Give that a try and let me know if it gets you started in the right direction. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantmartyspellerberg,
Thanks for reaching out! Take a look at these examples of using tribe_get_events in different scenarios, paying special attention to the ‘eventDisplay’=>’upcoming’ parameter.Give that a try and let me know if it points you in the right direction. Thanks! 🙂After looking at that page, I realized that documentation is for version 2.x. So sorry! I’m diving into the current tribe_get_events() docuemntation and will get you an accurate answer shortly. Thanks! 🙂

June 5, 2014 at 7:33 am in reply to: How do I receive payment from WooCommerce ticket sales? #206426Casey
ParticipantSuz,
Thanks for getting in touch! Our WooTickets add-on uses WooCommerce as the e-commerce engine to support purchases. So, any payment gateways that are supported by WooCommerce (and there are many!), can be used to purchase tickets with WooTickets.Hopefully that helps to answer your question, but let me know if I can help further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantvinejuice,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, this functionality is not currently supported in WooTickets. If this is something you’d like to see in a future release, I would suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page. Our team periodically reviews the most popular ideas for possible inclusion in a future release of the plugin.Hopefully that helps to answer your question, but let me know if I can help further. Thanks! 🙂

Participantmemeco,
Thanks for reaching out! Any time that you’d like to customize a view of the Events Calendar, the best approach is to perform a template override. This will ensure that your customizations don’t get overwritten the next that you update the plugin. Take a look at our themer’s guide, which will show you how to do this.If you’re referring to the ‘Upcoming Events’ list, then you want to perform an override on ‘the-events-calendar/views/list/single-event.php’. Then you can use tribe_get_start_date() to display the date in the title like this: http://pastebin.com/aGvMs4Nh
Hopefully that gets you started in the right direction, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

Participantcozzette,
In order for the map to display, you’ll need to assign a venue to your event and make sure you check the ‘show google map’ checkbox on the event (screenshot). If that still doesn’t work, could you share a link of the event in question with me? Thanks! 🙂-Casey-
June 5, 2014 at 7:11 am in reply to: Can I set up two lots of Event Calendars (Pro) with FIlter Bars on my site? #206391Casey
ParticipantKaren,
Thanks for getting in touch! The best way to do this would be to setup two Event Categories (Arts & Workshops) and then you can link directly to those category calendars. I hope that helps to answer your question. Thanks! 🙂-Casey-

Participantippocrate,
Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately our plugins don’t currently support WPML. If this is something you’d like to see in a future release, I would suggest submitting it as an idea on our UserVoice page.
