ParticipantSean,
Unfortunately we can’t target specific links in the additional fields, but if you just use some more generic text like this (screenshot), then I think that might do the trick. Let me know if that will work. Thanks! π-Casey-

ParticipantNo problem! Just remove the last function in your functions.php file: ‘rewrite_website_link_label’. I forgot to rename the function and it looks like the duplicate function name is causing the error. π

ParticipantSean,
For some reason when saving some changes to your functions.php file, the server didn’t respond, which caused a partial file to get saved. Could you send me some FTP credentials so I can fix it ASAP? Thanks!Casey
ParticipantGreat! Thanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Since it looks like you’re all set, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you’d write a few words for us here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/the-events-calendar?filter=5
Thanks in advance. π
Cheers,

ParticipantIvnilesh,
While we can’t provide direct support for customizations, we’ll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about our documentation, the themer’s guide, or other specific questions about how the plugin works.I’m so sorry that we can’t help beyond that, but please let us know if you have further questions or if we can help in another way. Thanks! π

Participantmedia7220,
Sorry to hear that. At this time, our plugin works by rewriting the WordPress loops, so it cannot use shortcode embeds. However, that doesnβt mean it wonβt ever have that functionality. We can definitely see the possibilities for pulling the calendar to pages. As far as category descriptions are concerned, you should be able to paste this code into your theme’s functions.php file to display the Category descriptions above the Checkboxes on your form: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/9348720 You might have to customize the code a little bit to suit your specific needs, but I think that will get you started in the right direction.
Give that a try and let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! π

Participantbassodesigngroup,
Thanks for getting in touch! I’d be happy to help you out here, but could you reply with a link to your calendar so I can inspect further? Thanks! π-Casey-

Participantsuperbigcat,
Can you email us at pro(at)tri.be so someone can follow up with you there? Thanks! π-Casey-

ParticipantBarry,
Thanks for getting in touch! The current version of the plugin is not fully responsive. There are some minor responsive elements, but you’ll notice that the calendar grid doesn’t currently play well with mobile devices. We have plans to release a fully responsive version of the plugin soon, so stay tuned! Thanks! π-Casey-

ParticipantSean,
Ok, that helps. Could you send me a private reply with a login to your site, so I can investigate further? Thanks!Casey
Participantrobpoole,
Hello again! π I’d be happy to help you out here. Please add the following CSS to your theme’s stylesheet:
.events-list abbr.region, .events-list span.country-name {display:none !important;}
Give that a shot and let me know if it does the trick. Thanks! π

Participantnikolajmogensen,
Hello! Hopefully I can jump in and help you out here. I believe this function will do what you’re needing: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/term_description. You’ll just need to pass the ‘term_id’ (aka event category id) and the taxonomy name. Something like this should do the trick: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/9346705Hopefully that gets you started in the right direction, but let me know if you have further questions or if this answers your questions. Thanks! π
