Ok how strange. I know you mentioned you went through the other steps, but can you confirm you followed the 404 error guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/troubleshooting-404-errors/

    and nothing changed.

Also that you did every step of the testing for conflicts guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/

    and nothing changed.

Also do you have a links to single events? Can you provide one in a private reply so I can see it?

And in that private reply can you please post the information from the field on this page:

Events > Help > System Information Field

Let me know and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having and that fix not working, I was able to see one of the views and now it is showing nothing.

What is your setting on this page:

Events > Settings > Display > Default Template?

Is it set to either Default Page Template or Default Event Template? If so does changing to either one help resolve the issue?

Let me know and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hello,

We do not have a recommended role to use, but I usually start with the subscriber role and see if I can get everything to work at the lowest role. The community events form gives them the permissions they need to access it so the they still have access to the feature image upload.

So I would start with subscriber and test a user with that role and I believe it should work exactly as you want it to.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Ok so this looks like an issue with Facebook Importer and since you opened a thread in that forum lets work on this issue there.

I will close this ticket now and please respond through this ticket:

    Hello,

I posted in your other topic, but you are correct it looks like it is a Facebook Importer issue so thanks for posting here.

Ok so it looks like the thumbnails are the same, but the actual file itself is different, correct?

In a private reply can you provide the events or page with the events you are importing from so I can see about replicating this issue.

I am also going to close the other topic and work on the issue through this thread only.

Let me know and I will go from there to resolve this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in the Events Calendar Pro.

It is possible to create a recurring event as you describe and then you can delete a single instance of that event and delete it without changing any of the other events.

I would look at these two guides for more information on Recurring Events to help you get a better idea of how they all work:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-pro-new-user-primer/#recur

    https://theeventscalendar.com/pro-2-0-a-detailed-look-at-custom-recurrence/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I can help answer your questions.

We do not have an API or any coding that would provide events based off of a location. All the venues have coordinates saves as custom fields so you could use that data to develop a custom solution, but beyond that we do not really have anything else to help on this.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I can help you out with the issues here. See my answers below.

    Remove + and –
Looks like those + and – signs are put there by your theme. Try this css:

    .tribe-events-tickets .quantity .plus, .tribe-events-tickets .quantity .minus {
    display:none;
    }

Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

    Google Calendar and iCal
To remove the Google Calendar and iCal Links please follow this guide:
    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/remove-export-links-from-single-event/

    Move Ticketing Form
To move the ticketing form you can follow this guide:
    https://theeventscalendar.com/moving-the-ticket-form/

Also for all our guides please head here:
    https://theeventscalendar.com/the-events-calendar-for-wordpress-tutorials/

    List View Prices
Not sure why the Events are showing different prices in list view. The ticking plugins do not support recurring Events so they maybe a bug from that. Do you have the tickets created for each event or did you create it once when you first created the recurring event?

Let me know how everything goes and we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having.

I looked on your site and it looks like you changed the images to the correct ones correct?

So are all events being imported and the image being saved with this name:

    facebook_event_82208139288.jpg

Let me know and we can go from there to troubleshoot this.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thanks for the interest in your plugins. When you say sign up is that like a registration?

We have our ticking add ons that can be used for that purpose. You do not have to charge people to sign up for events when using those plugins.

If you would like to check it out please see the New User Primer of WooCommerce Tickets for all the features:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/wootickets-new-user-primer/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
