    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues.

I am not seeing any other reports of this so I am not sure what is unique about your site causing this yet.

Do you have any coding in the admin to block access based on a role or something similar? The AJAX to move between events requires admin access and sometimes that can cause an issue.

What about in your htaccess file do you have anything there that might block this?

Can you also contact your host and see if they see anything in the server error logs or if they have any settings that might cause this?

Finally, you could add the following code to your themes’s functions.php to disable ajax so people could switch between event date ranges:

Let me know what you find out.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Glad that helps with the rich snippets.

For the other item could you please create a new support ticket for that and we can help you there on that. It is working by design to show today’s date and not the start date of the event there so it would be a customization to change that, but that is something we can help get started on.

    Cheers

    Hello,

Recurring Events and Tickets are not supported and by that we mean if you create a recurring event with a ticket all the tickets are considered part of the first event in the series and not each individual event.

So that could work for you as you could create the ticket with the recurring series and set the end sale date for the first day of the class and the tickets would not be available anymore for the remainder of the class.

Or you could create the recurring series and then edit the first event and add tickets to just it.

    Cheers

    Hi,

We do not have any features to manage the WordPress Registration Process.

There are many plugins out there that do a better job then we could as that would be their focus.

This plugin looks like it is would work to help reduce SPAM registrations:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/register-plus-redux/

WP-Spamshield would work as well to just either reduce or eliminate SPAM registrations.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

You can just purchase WooCommerce Tickets. You do not need Pro.

All our plugins only require the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for purchasing our plugins.

It is possible to upgrade your license from your account.

Follow this guide to do that:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-a-license/

Let me know how the upgrade works out.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the information.

I do not have the plugin and not sure how it works from their site.

You may have to add the coding to display a sidebar on the event templates following our themer’s guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/’

Do you want a sidebar on all event templates Single Events, Month, List, Etc?

Can you provide the plugin in a private reply as a link to download and I can play around with it and see if I can get it to work.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

All our ticketing plugins have the same feature and the eCommerce system is used for the payments.

From what you are describing it is beyond the capabilities of our Ticketing Plugins without a major customization, which we cannot support.

I would encourage you to look into a booking plugin instead that would be closer to the features you would like.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in Community Events. It currently does not have a way to charge for submissions.

It is something we are interested in adding, but I do not have a timeline when that might happen.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

From what you describe you are looking for a Booking Plugin and our Ticket Plugins do not have the advanced capabilities you are looking for.

I would instead search for a WordPress Booking Plugin.

    Cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

You do not need to Pro for WooCommerce Tickets to Work.

You only need the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/

However, Tickets are created in Events so you have to have them attached to events to work.

Each event does require and end date as well.

You could set the event to all day and then set a date far in the future for the end date. So you could sell tickets for a range of days that way.

You can see more of the WooCommerce Ticket Features Here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-woocommerce-tickets/

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

WordPress itself manages the registration system and it is possible to have SPAM users sign up.

You can turn it off by following these steps:

“Disable WordPress user registration. You can easily disable the new user registration from your dashboard. Just click Settings and in General Settings, you can uncheck the registration option: After clicking the ”save changes” button, your blog will no longer show that subscribe link for spammers”

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I did not hear back from you, but I believe because you have the double caret (» ») you may have to play around with this snippet.

However, try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php:

    https://gist.github.com/barryhughes/bd8690b9bb8b6006da50#file-cleanup-single-events-title-tag-php

    Try replacing the |

    with this

    » »

You may have to use this:

    » »

    Or even this:

    » »

It all depends on what you are using there.

    Cheers
