MemberHi Michael,
Are you able to run through our troubleshooting steps (turn off all non-Modern Tribe plugins and switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twelve) and see if the problem persists?
The basic idea, assuming that fixes the issue, would be to then re-enable your theme and each plugin in turn – testing at each stage – to try and isolate which of those might be causing the conflict.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberI’m not familiar with All in One SEO but there is likely to be a hook to filter its output. You can potentially then make use of The Events Calendar’s conditionals (such as tribe_is_event() and tribe_is_month()) to figure out what has been requested and replace it with suitable content.
Does that help here?

MemberI guess the main thing is you’ve arrived at a solution 🙂
I’ll go ahead and close this thread – good luck with the rest of the project and should anything else crop up then of course feel free to create new threads as needed.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberGlad you found a solution – and particular thanks for reporting back with the details as they will probably save other users from a great deal of frustration 🙂
Barry
MemberI’m not familiar with wp-ses so it’s possible there is an issue there.
Ideally though it would be worth running through the order process with a completely new order – as if I recall correctly an update was made so that attachments would be dispatched once only (to avoid new ones being sent when the order was moved out of and back to complete – which was a complaint some other users had).

MemberThanks Bryan, I’ll make sure the team are aware.

MemberOK. When you opened the thread you marked down that you had tried deactivating other plugins to check for a plugin conflict – can you confirm what the outcome of that test was or else run through those steps now?
The idea would be to see if there is a problem with only your theme running by itself. If there is not, reactivate each plugin one-at-a-time and test at each stage to see if the originally reported problem has returned.
Does that help or are you/were you able to isolate any plugins by following those steps?

MemberThe current version of WooTickets ships with a PDF library, so that shouldn’t be needed. The possibilities I’m thinking of are that:
A) There isn’t enough memory, though based on the phpinfo() dump and your hosting environment I would expect it to manage just fine.
B) Something else is stopping and/or short-circuiting WooTickets code for hooking into and adding attachments to WooCommerce emails.
I appreciate you may not wish to do this on a live site, but would it be possible for you to try this with a default theme such as Twenty Twelve? Even if you were to create a new installation of WP in a sub directory within the same hosting environment – so the live site remained unaffected – this could be a useful exercise.
Barry
MemberOK. I’m not sure what’s going on there – are you running any other plugins (such as WooCommerce “add ons”) or a theme that integrates with WooCommerce, that might possibly be conflicting somehow?
Failing that, are you able to check what your PHP memory_limit setting is?
Barry
MemberI believe so, but definitely report any problems (that might result from your particular combination of plugins/hosting environment etc).
Barry
MemberOK – I can’t see this using Firefox and to be sure I asked a colleague to check via Firefox on a Mac – he couldn’t see the problem either.
However, I don’t believe this relates to the original issue – can you create a new thread for this if it continues to be a problem (bearing in mind it could be difficult for us to pin down a problem we can’t see)?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi katieafricano,
This would really involve custom development work and we can’t do too much to help there – though there are some existing threads on the forum that provide relevant guidance.
However, the next version of The Events Calendar is almost upon us and it might be worth waiting to see if that gets you closer to what you want without having to do further customization work.

MemberPlease ignore the above – I was looking at a different theme someone had sent across :-/
However, with Edge activated I hit a different problem in the form of a show stopping fatal error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function display_search_box() in /…/wp-content/themes/edge14ref/header.php on line 108
Is it possible that the display_search_box() function referenced in that error is provided by another plugin which the theme depends upon?
