    OK – I can’t see this using Firefox and to be sure I asked a colleague to check via Firefox on a Mac – he couldn’t see the problem either.

    However, I don’t believe this relates to the original issue – can you create a new thread for this if it continues to be a problem (bearing in mind it could be difficult for us to pin down a problem we can’t see)?
