No problem – we’re definitely conscious that the current situation isn’t ideal – and do feel free to post fresh threads on this topic as our next set of releases roll out if you don’t see an improvement/see other related issues that aren’t in a direction you’re comfortable with.

Thanks for giving that a try: please do feel free to restore things.
Are you comfortable with the process of backing up your database and if so would you be able to make a complete backup, upload it to a file sharing service like Dropbox and make the URL available to us via a private reply?
We’ve logged an issue and will certainly look into this in due course – but I’m afraid we can’t do any more in the short term.
The snippet you’re relying on is fairly old at this point and as you can imagine there have been many changes since it was written: ultimately, if you choose to integrate two plugins by different vendors, that’s a responsibility you are taking on and though we’ll happily investigate any bugs – confirmed or potential – we do have processes that need to be followed (and existing issues that have already been prioritized and may need to be attended to first) and so there may be a delay before we get to them.
That all to say, we’re not uninterested in helping by any means – but unfortunately we can’t pounce on this right at this very moment and hope that is understandable 🙂
How puzzling.
In the first instance can you post your System Information as found in the Events → Help screen – that might shed some light on your configuration.
Above and beyond that, can you try creating a fresh WordPress installation in an identical hosting environment (or even in the very same environment, but housed in a subdirectory) and install only our plugins – do not any anything else and stick to a default theme: see if you can replicate the issue there. If you can it would be great to have a chance to look at it.
On the other hand, if you cannot replicate the problem in this second installation, please start adding all of the components that you have in your live site and ultimately ensure it is configured just as the live site is – checking at each stage to see if the problem has been introduced.
Though very similar to the steps outlined initially, coming at the problem from this different angle can catch things that might have been missed first time round.
