ParticipantI’ve purchased Wootickets yesterday… I’m new!!
In a event, when I create a ticket and save it, a message says that ticket has been saved, but I can’t see the ticket in the event page…
I’ve read a previous question in the FORUM, answered by Kelly last February 28.
“This is often caused by ticket sales not having started yet. Would you mind checking to see if your ticket sales start date is a date that has already passed?” My ticket sales start date has passed.
Can you help me?
Thank you.March 19, 2014 at 10:19 am #121170Barry
MemberWelcome!
Can you provide a link where we can see an event containing tickets (or that should contain tickets) and ideally also share a screengrab of the ticket settings, including inventory levels, start/end sale dates etc for the same event?
Do note you cannot upload images directly to the forum, so sharing via a Dropbox link or something similar is the best way to go there.
Thanks!

MemberApologies: we have a bug in the forum software and it affects staff replies adversely. Let me re-post:
That is strange – nothing is jumping out as being incorrect.
Can you try deactivating all other plugins except for The Events Calendar, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Tickets – and switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve and see if things operate correctly under those conditions?
Could you also share the version numbers of The Events Calendar, WooCommerce Tickets and WooCommerce respectively, as installed on your site?
Thanks!

ParticipantI’m experiencing the same issue. very annoying, also tickets show up after a while.

ParticipantHi, it seems that WPML is causing the issue, deactivating it seems like solving the issue.

ParticipantIt’s true!!! Thank you anjunarecords…
When I deactivate WPML, the tickets appear (all the tickets that I created in my tests).. But when I activate again WPML, the tickets dissapear.
For me, WPML is a basic pluggin and I think that is a common pluggin…
Do you know why happens? Is there a solution?March 24, 2014 at 3:17 pm #122567anjunarecords
ParticipantHi,

ParticipantTrust on Barry and in his knowledge of his pluggin… Barry, Can you help us?

MemberUnfortunately there are indeed compatibility issues with WPML.
I’m afraid that, in the short term, there isn’t much we can offer here as full integration with WPML – though something we’re keen to look at – doesn’t look like it will be a trivial piece of work (and potentially adjustments may be needed by both plugins).
Some users have reported that problems are diminished with the latest version of the WPML String Translation plugin/module, however I can’t say if this will also be relevant in this specific case.
Sorry we can’t do more at this time.
