Introducing Ticket Emails: A No-Code Solution to Ticket Email Customization

The ticket email sent out immediately after a customer purchases a ticket on your WordPress site is so important, as it’s the digital representation of your ticket. Up until now, customizing the ticket email was a process that required template changes and coding knowledge.

That’s why we’re so excited to announce the release of the improved customization of ticket emails, now automatically included with our free Event Tickets plugin.

Here’s the rundown on all of the awesome new features.

🎨 Customizations made easy

Previously, if you wanted to customize the ticket email, you could only achieve this with a template override or a third-party integration. Not anymore! Now, you can simply visit the Ticket Settings and change both the appearance and the behavior of your ticket emails. The best part is that this is now a completely no-code solution, so all WordPress developer levels are welcome.

If you’re new to Event Tickets, these customization options will come standard upon installation. It is worth noting that for all of our current Event Tickets customers, you will have the option to opt-in to these new features. Note that if you previously had customizations with your ticket emails, they may no longer be compatible with the updated version of the plugin.
