One of the most requested features for The Events Calendar has been to add a feature allowing users to book appointments, and now it’s finally here! Instead of building our own appointment booking plugin, which could take years, we acquired Bookit, which was built by the StyleMix team. This lets us bring the functionality to you faster so that you can start offering appointment bookings right now!

How does BookIt work?

With BookIt, you’ll have a few different feature options, and you can purchase the premium plugin if needed, depending on your unique needs. Similarly to our The Events Calendar and Event Tickets plugins, we’ll offer a completely free version of BookIt. This version includes free appointment booking. Upgrade to the premium plugin and unlock paid bookings that integrate with WooCommerce and Google Calendar. 

What’s included in the free Bookit plugin?

With the free BookIt plugin, you’ll be able to create free appointment bookings. You can also access the PayPal option to offer to users as a payment method. This option will also include Stripe Connect for revenue sharing so that you can offer more options for yourself and your customers.

What’s included in BookIt Pro?

With BookIt Pro, you’ll unlock access to even more payment options, the most notable one being a WooCommerce integration. Plus, you’ll also gain access to the Google Calendar integration, making appointment booking even easier!
