ParticipantJust FYI Heath, I think we have the same issue here, and I can’t see the ‘fix venues data’ option either. Might be a bug with the latest version.

ParticipantHi Brendan,
Thanks for your reply. That file is from when the website was on a development URL, and the link worked fine at the time, so that’s not the problem. We also tried this using images on external URLs and they didn’t work either.

ParticipantHello,
Just to let you know, we’ve now moved this website on the live domain and updated the Events Calendar Pro plugin to the new version but it’s still not working.

ParticipantHi Brendan,
Yes, that’s right. The events will all import fine each time, but we’ve never managed to get an image to import along with the rest of the information.

ParticipantHi Jaime,
Thanks for the info – I’ll have a look around in the template files and see what I can find.

ParticipantIt’s OK – I’ve gone back to the drawing board after discovering the ‘photo’ view 🙂

ParticipantHi Nico, I just wondered if you’d had any more ideas about this? Is there any way to hide the grey box on the emails when there’s no image for that particular ticket type?

ParticipantSorry, just for the emails. I have hidden them on the website itself.

ParticipantHi Nico,
Thanks for the quick reply. I don’t think the column will be an issue actually, as I moved the ticket image to the very top of the ticket outside the main content (the client wants to be able to tear that off). Simply removing the image from the top should be OK as far as I can tell. Do you have any ideas?

ParticipantHi Nico,
That works great, and it all looks fine thank you. However, there is one further issue I’m not sure how to resolve. All tickets now have this ‘image section’ showing on the ticket, even if there is no image assigned (they just use the standard WooCommerce placeholder). Is there any way to only show the image section if an image has been assigned to a ticket?

ParticipantThanks Nico, that should be pretty straightforward – I will let you know how I get on.

ParticipantJust a quick update to say I have this sorted – there was some raw HTML copied into your code. I converted this back to square brackets and it works fine, thank you.
Is there any simple way to convert the image from 180px x 180px to a wider image?

ParticipantHi Nico,
Yes, the first set of code works fine, it’s just that my text editor highlighted these two sections as invalid:
[’product_id’] ) || class_exists( ‘WooCommerce’ ) ) {
[’product_id’] ) ) echo $product->get_image();I think it has a problem with the ampersand.
We’re using the Eventica theme, but the as a child theme.
