That’s fine with IPN but our problem is return url. I know that some other plugins simply send the return url with the request to paypal and it will ignore the setting in the account. Is there a chance you can ask the development team if they have an option to add that to the plugin? Again I really want to stay with you guys.

I really appreciate your time trying to help but I’m afraid we are not understanding each other.
You keep sending me these other forum links with the stuff that is sort of related to my question. However, what I’m asking is how does YOUR plugin work with this situation where there are unrelated websites using the same paypal account, using tribe commerce (not woocommerce or anything else since it’s not an issue there).Our license did not expire we had to cancel it because of multiple issues with the plugin. We are patiently waiting for issues to be resolved. But I need to figure out this question first. Because right now it’s either we wait for the plugin OR move to another solution.
Just to make it clear we are happy with the events pro plugin and would love to stay with you guys (otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted so much of my time on this) so, please explain how I can set up both sites with tribe commerce to work with one paypal account. If it is possible. I’m starting to think it is not possible.
Just a suggestion: someone who knows tribe commerce very well might know the answer to this question.

ParticipantJaime, if you are not sure please ask Barry or whomever else if you have to. We need to know if it’s possible and how to set it up with event tickets plus and tribe commerce. It’s the matter of either getting additional licenses or going with another plugin all together.

Thanks, I really appreciate you doing this. Now I can see that it’s not the plugin but something on my end. I will do more testing. I will share my system info with you, maybe you’ll see a problem before I do. Again, I appreciate the steps you took, really.understandphoto

thanks, can you point out exactly where is describes how to use multiple websites with the same paypal account, please.I can see how to set up first website’s success page but I can’t see where I can set up a second website’s success page. Or any instructions about it.

Please don’t take it the wrong way but I’ve been dealing with your tech support for about a month now ( many different issues) and frankly I’m tired of constantly switching themes and disabling plugins.
Can you please do me a favor? Create a ticket as normal and in advance tab make sure to fill out a description. Save the ticket and then try to look at it on the let’s say iphone 5 or 6. Do you see a buy button there? I personally can’t see the buy button on small screens. BUT when there is no description then all is well and the button shows up.Please do me a favor and let me know what you see. And if you see my issue, please explain how to fix it. Thanks

The reason we wanted to have this plugin is to:
1. have an early bird ticket functionality and
2. collect phone numbersUnfortunately event ticket plus plugin falls flat on its face at least in both of these categories.
It is half-baked, to tell the truth, and at this point we are not interested in paying for it while waiting for these issues to be resolved.We are going to be using the free version for now but please let us know when your team fixes all of the issues I raised and we would be happy to come back to it. For now, can you please send me a refund link again.

ParticipantI’m not sure but it looks like the plugin operates in PST time zone while we are in EDT. The switch happens when I set both tickets 4 hours back. Is that a possibility?
