Hi
That’s great thanks, we’ll give it a try.
SteveParticipantHi Victor
The pressure is off now as we’ve completed the ticket sales but I would like to know when it’s been fixed so is there a way that I could be updated when it’s happened?
Many thanks
SteveSteveParticipantHi Victor
Do we have any updates on this please? This is a major issue for our client who has important ticket sales this week (including today). They are having to literally sit and watch ticket sales so that they can stop them once they hit their limit — a really bad situation.
We already have your workaround in place but it’s not working. We have the stock enabled at a product level and did have this in place before I opened the ticket. Do you have any other suggestions?
In the short term, is using an older version of your plugin (which was working as intended with managing inventory this time last year) possible? Or any other options you can possibly think of?
Do you have a beta release that we could try, anything really please.
Regards
SteveSteveParticipantHi Victor
Thanks for the update and temp fix. Hopefully you’ll release an update soon.
Thanks

SteveParticipantHi Barry
Thanks for the update. It looks like the date works correctly on the frontend so no issues with functionality.
Many thanks
SteveSteveParticipantHi Andras
Any luck with this?
Thanks
SteveSteveParticipantThanks Cliff I’ll take a look.
SteveParticipantI’ve answered your question in my other (duplicate, sorry) thread:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/ticket-sales-attendees-numbers-not-matching/
SteveParticipantThanks for your continued support. I can confirm that we have not changed any data in the DB manually.
Also I see you have 33 tickets sold and deleted 9 attendees, which would bring you to 24. While that still doesn’t fully match up, that’s close to the 25 attendees. Does that make sense?
Yes that’s close but unfortunately still not correct so is still an issue.
You mention you saw another ticket here. Can you possibly share the link to that?
Here are a couple of similar issues.

SteveParticipantAnswers included in public for others.
One thing you need to know is that if you move an attendee from Event one to Event two, then the sales is still going to be registered to Event one.
We haven’t moved any attendees to other events.
If this is not the case then, to be able to help you out it would be great to see a screenshot of the full page of the attendee list, and the orders. Please share those with me and I’ll check how we can solve this.
I’ll send these privately.
Also, were any orders / tickets for that event cancelled?
Yes some were cancelled.
