    Hello Again MT Support Folks:

I have done even more investigating and testing and have fallen on the issue. Under Event Settings>Ticket Settings, their is a a series of check-boxes for Post Types that can have tickets. The only Post Type that was checked, and that I had been using all along had been “Event”. All of the rest were unchecked. I went ahead and checked “Post” and then everything started working. Can you tell me why “Event” doesn’t work anymore? And why do these matter anyway (I am still relatively new with this)?

Anyway, I am working now, but am interested in more information.

    Thanks for help on this.

    Hello Again MT Folks:

A quick update. I have discovered that the event only times out when I save an Event Ticket with it. If I do not do an Events Ticket, then it publishes just fine. I did try and go to one that did publish and then add an Event Ticket later, but no luck. I deactivated Events Tickets Plus and then deleted it and loaded a new one fresh v. 4.7.2. Still not able to publish with Events Tickets attached. I had a lot of Ticket Fieldsets I created several months ago that I would hate to lose. I have even tried to load without Fieldsets, but still times out. Definitely some conflict with Calendar Pro and Events Ticks Plus, I think.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Jaime:

When I delete Event Tickets using FTP, will it still maintain the registration fields I had put in earlier? I hope. A lot of work was put into that. I guess I could try and go to the back up if they don’t come back.

Thanks for your help in this. You guys are always great to work with.

    Thanks Jennifer:

This is good information. I was reaching a bit, I think, hoping for these fields. They would really come in quite handy in the future. I will check into developers and see if there is a way.

ET+ Support is great. Thank you again.

    Hey Victor:

This is great information. I think I will be purchasing the Woocommerce Checkout Field Editor. Seems like the safe way to go and well worth the investment of time and money. Thanks for all your help. Your whole support team has been wonderful.

    Hey Shelby:

That is an excellent idea. I was thinking more along the lines of having subevents/tickets, but this is more in line with what we could use. Just telling the user to buy the event (which would also be the date of the first class), then choose dates of subsequent classes using drop down menus. Nice.

Many thanks. Loving your products the more I dig into them. Your help is the icing on the cake. 🙂

    Hey Andras:

I think this is an excellent approach. However, I am faced with another dilemma. As I mentioned, some of these courses have three separate classes (held on different dates) that they must attend. So an individual will choose the course and then have to choose dates for the three classes (Parts 1, 2, and 3). So the process would be: Choose event type (category)> Choose three class parts/dates (required)> Fill in required personal information> Check out and Pay.
This would be similar to someone attending a conference and must choose different workshops throughout the conference. I am sure it is being done, but I would appreciate your guidance in how best to utilize ET+, Calendar Pro (and possibly another plug in) to achieve this.
You are right, I do have categories and events already created. It’s now just a matter of easily adding class pieces to cart (and of course making it look cool).
Thank you for all your help on this.

    Hey Victor:

Thank you for your response. I have been able to work in ET+ and found the Woocommerce link. It works fine, but my real trouble is with how users choose classes from a calendar (which is filtered/segmented by category), and which must appear before the ET+ event. I have submitted another discussion to forum outlining this. I hope you can help me through this. Here is the other forum post:

Really appreciate all of your help on this.
