Hello Sky …
Time Zones not being defined when importing events via the Event Aggregator extension
For this issue do we need to have the Aggregator extension?
Sorry I am all new to this
Seocndly
I had no issues creating a recurring event in the staging environment I believe the issue is with the production environment.
Can we go over the proper settings.
I am enclosing a screen shot of the current staging events settings.Thank you
Alex

We did the Conflict test. It turns out that the above issue only happens when our custom Theme is enabled. It does not occur under the WP 2016 Theme, with or without all other plugins disabled.
If this is due to the custom theme, what’s the procedure to be able to track down exactly what is causing the time out? Can you let us know if there are steps we can follow to isolate what may be affecting this?
Thanks,

Here are the results from the Conflict Test. We enabled the WP native 2016 Theme, disables all plugins except Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro. The issue seem to be occurring with no difference in behavior after the above change.
The repeat events (after the 1st one) are still 4 hours off.
I have included some screenshots to show this. Please let me know if there is something else you need from us. Also, keep in mind that the credentials we gave you is our private TEST website. You can do your own tests or changes as you need to test any areas relating to this issue.
Thanks,

May 30, 2017 at 10:33 am in reply to: Recurring Events See All UI goes too far past and shows other events #1290910Paul GonzalezParticipantWe have also gone through the conflict detection steps. I have a GIF attached to show the behavior. We disabled all plugins but the Events Calendar, switched to Twenty Fifteen theme and cleared cookies and cache and restarted the browser.
The issue seems to have persisted. We tried with different browsers as well just in case. Please see the GIF that shows the behavior after the above steps/changes. We showed results in Chrome and FireFox in Mac. The issue is the same also in PCs.

Paul GonzalezParticipantYou’re right. They are showing as PST – not DST. What do you recommend we do to resolve this?
Miah
Paul GonzalezParticipantI also just tried with Twenty Fifteen theme activated and all other plugins disabled, with the result unchanged. Here are some screenshots of another event to show the time discrepancy.
Miah
Paul GonzalezParticipantThanks. We’ll contact the author for the category colors plugin.
