    Hi Liz,

Thanks for reaching out to us and also sorry to hear about this issue, I’ll help you out getting this right.

Regarding the event you cannot delete, Is it a recurring event? Are you logged in as Administrator in the WP-Admin? This plugin comes in handy Bulk Delete for clean-up tasks.

On the blank screen issue I guess there might be more information in the server error log. Are you able to look into it? If you are not sure how to do, you can contact your hosting provider about it.

Please let me know about both,

    Howdy Stephen,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll help you out on this…

First of all it would be great if you could update your plugins to the latest version. To avoid any surprises you can do so in a staging/dev site. Is it possible that updating fixes the issue right away. Please check if this still happens after the update and let me know!

    Hi Keith,

Thanks for reaching out on this! I’ll try to help you figuring this out…

In this case I’m seeing the site is in fact returning a 404 error – http://www.gaytravel4u.com/event/la-boite-a-frissons/. Regarding the 404 redirect I guess you meant a 301 redirect, right? You can do so with Yoast plugin, which I see you have installed: http://podcasternews.com/2014/07/11/create-easy-301-redirects-using-the-yoast-seo-plugin/

On the third URL you share I see that’s returning a 200 OK status in the browser console, and also that the robots meta there is set to “noindex, follow” so hat page should not be indexed by Google at all. Are you seeing this a in crawler console or in the Google Search itself?

    Thanks,
    Nico

    Hi there Tom,

Thanks for reaching out to report this issue. It sounds like a possible bug!

I’ll try to reproduce it locally, Can you please send me a screenshot of the recurrence setting? Also, Were the events created? Or just the date and # of events in the notice were wrong?

    Thanks,
    Nico

    Howdy Marc,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll try to help you out getting this right!

If you go to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys, Do you see any configured sites in there? Is the site you are trying to connect the key with there? I see you hold a ‘Personal’ license that allows you to connect the license to just one site.

Maybe you are trying to set the key to a staging and to a live website as well? If that’s the case you can always move your license keys.

Please let me know if this helped you out,

    Hi there Jacob,

Hopefully there’s a handy plugin that extends The Events Calendar, and among other things it enables a simple RSVP system: Event Rocket. This is a third-party plugin and we cannot support it, but please give it a try and let me know.

    Hi @media325,

Glad to help you once again here!

I don’t think there an easy way of doing so. Crafting a snippet for this would be out the scope of support here. Bu if you want to dig into crafting this customization, I think one way to do this is to hook to updated_postmeta, check if any of the keys (_VenueCity, _VenueState or _VenueCountry) has been updated, and if that’s the case add them as a tag too.

Do you think you’ll give that a a try?

    Hi Matt,

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in Facebook Events plugin.

The workflow is one way in fact: ‘FacebooK > WordPress’ – it just imports.

Please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions,

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll try to help you out on this…

I guess you are talking about the month view being ’empty’: http://santasweevillage.com/tickets/events/month/, but I see you changed default view to ‘list view’. That is a solution for this, another one can be to set the homepage to http://santasweevillage.com/tickets/events/2015-11/. But I don’t think there a way to make it show the next month by ‘default’.

Please let me know if that answers your question,

    Howdy Tyler,

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll help you out on this one!

Regarding the permalink change, that’s the correct behavior when the event is detached from the series the URL becomes a ‘single event’ url, without the ‘/date’ part. What is not right at all, is the error you are seeing ๐Ÿ™ I’ve just tried this locally and it’s working as expected.

If you break the recurrence in the back-end, it shows the same error message? Are you getting this error every time you detach an event or does this happens just in some cases?

Please let me know about the follow-up questions,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hi there Brian,

Thanks for reaching out I’ll try to help you out on this…

First it would be great to take a look at your system information, to make sure you are running the latest version of the plugins. Can you share that with me?

Can you please send me the event ID or EventBrite URL as well? I’ll try to import it locally and see if I get the same results you are reporting.

    Thanks,
    Nico

    Hi there Anthony,

Thanks for following up on this!

I’ve tried this again locally and it’s working like a charm, I was able to import all the 142 events when pulling from the iCal feed. One thing that might be happening here is that you previously imported and deleted some of the events so they won’t be re-imported? Maybe the feed was updated once again?

Can you try this again in a clean install? Maybe just a local site?

Please let me know if it works as expected,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hey Florian,

Thanks for following up on this!

I couldn’t reach to http://www.test.yoga-ma.com/, I guess that scrolling is possible there. Can you send me a screenshot to know where?

Regarding the button, you want it to link to ‘Single Event view’ directly to the place where the ticket form is, right?

Please let me know and I’ll help you getting this done,
