ParticipantHi there,
Something has happened where one event was submitted by a user and is now appearing as a duplicate event many, many times. No matter how I try, I can not delete. Can you help?
I am using these versions:
The Events Calendar – 3.12.3
Events Calendar Pro – 3.12.2
The Events Calendar Agenda View – 1.0
The Events Calendar Community Events – 3.12
The Events Calendar Filter Bar – 3.12.1Please let me know if there is a solution and thank you,

ParticipantI found and tried this Tribe Cleanup plugin… https://cloudup.com/cpSdj-kGDpf
But when I clicked “Merge Duplicate Recurring Events Button” after installing plugin, it just led to blank page at this link…

MemberHi Liz,
Thanks for reaching out to us and also sorry to hear about this issue, I’ll help you out getting this right.
Regarding the event you cannot delete, Is it a recurring event? Are you logged in as Administrator in the WP-Admin? This plugin comes in handy Bulk Delete for clean-up tasks.
On the blank screen issue I guess there might be more information in the server error log. Are you able to look into it? If you are not sure how to do, you can contact your hosting provider about it.
Please let me know about both,
Best,

ParticipantYes, I am having the same issue. please take a look— http://elitesquadtennis.com/calendar/
when you create the event, and save, it will look normal on the admin event list. but when you go to the front end live site calendar view (looking at current monthly event, and no it is not set for a recurring event as I made sure to create a new event with “no recurring” activate.
This was the error I am receiving when inspecting the webpage.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)

ParticipantYes – the event I could not delete was submitted by a user and nothing I tried while logged in as admin would allow me to delete it. It was appearing as though the long-past event was occurring every day.
I tried the Bulk Delete plugin and even purchased an add-on to delete by post name, but it kept timing out and nothing I tried could delete the one event that was appearing a zillion times.
Because the issue has gone on for so long and I have yet to find solution, I deactivated all eventscalendarpro plugins and add-ons and last night installed the time.ly options and added all events to new platform, which was quite time consuming, but was the only solution I could immediately think of to get that multplied recurring events from appearing on my site further.
Please let me know if there are any additional solutions you suggest as I felt I had no choice but to try something new after trying, unsuccessfully, to resolve issues with eventscalendarpro.
Thank you,

MemberHi there,
Thanks both for following up on this…
@Alexandre, your issue doesn’t seem to relate with the one @lizzzlu reported. Can you please open up a new thread for this? When creating the new thread please be sure to Test for conflicts and include you system information, that will surely help getting a faster reply.
@lizzzlu, sorry to hear this issue required you to switch to another calendar solution 🙁 It usually takes some time to trouble shoot this kind of issues. I’m still not sure about why you are not “allowed” to delete this events.nothing I tried while logged in as admin would allow me to delete it
What do you mean by ‘allow’ to delete? You are getting timeouts? Could you find the server error log -contacting your hosting for this might be a good idea- ?
Regarding the Bulk Delete< plugin you might want to take a look at the FAQs for the timeout problem: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bulk-delete/faq/, but not super familiarized with this plugin and of course cannot support it.
Please let me know about the php error log, we might find some useful information in there.
