MemberHola Carlos, como estas?
Gracias por ponerte en contacto con nosotros ๐

MemberHi there Faldiel,
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in Events Calendar PRO ๐
I would like to know if the paid for version allows for disabling the event detail pop up on event click on the calendar month view.?
It’s actually possible in the current version. There are some old threads about it in the forums showing different solutions:
Disable event popups in calendar view without just hiding via CSS?
Disabling The Calendar Pop-up views
Hope this helps,

MemberHi Bob,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our products ๐
Unfortunately the feature yo mention is not included in Community Events. But the users registered via Community Events are standard WordPress users, so you can edit their roles and capabilities and then via custom code limit or expand the fields or options available in the form.
Please let me know if this answers your question,

MemberHi Tarjei,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue. Let’s see what’s going on…
TO start of it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Also, I see you marked as this was tested with default theme and only our plugins: Any difference in the behaviour? If I understood the issue correctly, logged in users are being listed under event attendees although they didn’t buy tickets for the event. Is this happening for events with a certain ticket type or not specifically?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi Chris,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in Event Aggregator ๐
Evetn Aggregator let’s you import events from Facebook, Google Calendar, MeetUp, from ical URL, “Other URL” (other sites using The Events Calendar 4.5.x) or files and CSV (this comes with The Events Calendar). You can import from many other source as iCal (or .ics) is the universal format to exchange event information. This means almost every calendar system will have an option to export the event information in this format. I’m mostly sure that Outlook calendars allow this via the ‘subscribe to calendar’ link.

MemberHey Rachel,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here ๐
Sure, it’s possible to make default categories work with events! Take a look at this answer from Geoff about it.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

MemberHi there Steven,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
As Mathew points out (thanks for chiming in once again ๐ ), the code in the article is one option. Another one is using this extension from our library: Change the Labels for โEventsโ, โOrganizersโ, or โVenuesโ.
Please let me know if that helps,

As you say Event Tickets + Event Tickets Plus seem to be the right plugin for your need.
My question is whether I can use Event Ticket Plus as a standalone plugin for WordPress and is it integrated with Stripe or do I need Woocommerce or another e-commerce plugin to run alongside Event Ticket Plus?
To enable payment methods you’ll indeed need an e-commerce plugin (WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads). You can use it by it’s own for RSVP but paid tickets need the e-commerce plugin!

MemberHello David,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
To easily change the colors in your calendar you can use the options available in the customizer. Check this article out explaining how to tweak these โ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wordpress-customizer/
Regarding your other issue I see Stephen already helped you out ๐
Please let me know if that helps,

MemberHi there Anders,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in our plugins ๐
To sell ticket you’ll need Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus + an e-commerce plugin: WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. If the tickets are for events, you can run the plugins alongisde The Events Calendar and it’s premium add-ons.
and what kind off payment options are there. ?
These depend on the e-commerce plugin you are using, but Woo and EDD both have integrations for most common payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc).
Please let me know if you have any follow-ups questions on this,

MemberHi Kristoph,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we are not able to provide support in the pre-sales forum ๐
We are happy to assist our premium users with support issues via our premium forums, please log into the account that has been created when the purchase was made. If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly, mainly for bug reports.
Just to give you a quick tip, that depends on the theme you are using and it’s not actually a part of our calendar code. So you might want to reach otu to the theme developers or dig in the theme docs. Basically a simple CSS snippet should do the trick!
Iโll go ahead and close out this thread, but please do post in the appropriate forum and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberHi there Mark,
Thanks for getting in touch with us on this! I can help you here ๐
First let me say that the right way of doing this is to create a child theme, and override the template that outputs the meta data. As the elements in that ‘meta data’ table don’t have specific identifiers in the html code, you use a CSS snippet like the following to hide the rows by ‘order’:
.tribe-events-meta-group tr:nth-child(3),
.tribe-events-meta-group tr:nth-child(5),
.tribe-events-meta-group tr:nth-child(6) {
display: none;
}
The code above will hide the 3rd, 5th and 6th rows of the ‘meta data’ table. The downside of this is that if there are any events with different information in the table it might hide the wrong rows!
Please let me know if this helps,

MemberHi there Charles,
Thanks for your purchase and for getting in touch with us ๐
You should get an email with instructions on how to download the plugins shortly after ordering. Maybe it got caught by your email service spam filter?
In any case you can download the purchased plugins from this site, going to My Account > Downloads. The license key is embedded in the plugin files when you download it so no need to take any further steps once the plugin is installed.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,

MemberHi there Chris,
Thanks so much for reaching out to us ๐
You cna totally get a refund if you purchase and then your application gets approved. It shouldn’t take so long for that to be reviewed (from a couple of days to a week usually) so if you are not in a hurry you can wait for a bit as well. Up to you!
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
