ManuelParticipant
Hey Victor,
Yes they appear sometimes and then they stop working.
This has been happening for a while now and there are many threads stating the iframe doesnt appear on their sites as well.
The error happens at random on just about any event on our end: http://miamicomedy.com/events
Currently, they are working fine. But there are times where the iframe disappears.
I’m not sure what the error can be, but I do know I get a lot of customers emailing me where to get tickets for our events, and when I check, refresh and use different devices its not there for a prolonged period of time.
August 31, 2018 at 11:00 am in reply to: Event Page Showing all events indented to the left #1610881ManuelParticipantThanks Jaime,
I changed the style and it fixed the problem.
ManuelParticipantHello, thanks for getting back to me.
I meant to say TAGs, not categories. Apologies for the confusion. The tags get deleted and I have to place them.
Also, previously the eventbrite import would also have the same text formatting as the event description.
And since the descriptions are linked, the original eventbrite page loses all of its formatting too whenever its updated.

ManuelParticipantHello, following up on this product? Still getting the ‘bad license’ prompt whenever I try to import Eventbrite events. Even after the recent update.
Please verify,
ManuelParticipantIm not sure. I just try to import an eventbrite event and theres a connect to eventbrite button, when I click it, it says Bad License.

There was an error fetching the results from your import: There was a problem processing your import. Please try again.April 10, 2018 at 8:23 am in reply to: Event Aggregator Not Importing all the Information (Venue Address and Images) #1503003ManuelParticipantOk, yes, I see featured images are being added now. Things are going good!
One more thing I am noticing, when I am attempting to add a new event link to import or to re-import an existing scheduled event; the loading prompt continues to cycle without loading/updating the events.
April 9, 2018 at 10:53 am in reply to: Event Aggregator Not Importing all the Information (Venue Address and Images) #1500758ManuelParticipantThe venue address has been fixed once the events have been refreshed/imported.
Any updates when the featured images will be added again?
Or any plugins I could use to create a fallback image based on tags/categories?
Thanks.
April 6, 2018 at 9:33 am in reply to: Event Aggregator Not Importing all the Information (Venue Address and Images) #1498703ManuelParticipantOk. However, I do not see anything being described in regards to not importing the address of the venue. It seems to be missing on my end. Any reason for why this is happening?
January 14, 2017 at 3:37 pm in reply to: How do I make the featured Image clickable on mobile devices? #1218674ManuelParticipantI have changed the theme to my website and the featured images were still not clickable. Please verify.
ManuelParticipantThanks you Shelby,
The theme I am using is Zenzero Pro Version 1.4.2
The Content Builder I am using is Thrive Themes Content Builder
Any post or page has a button above the content box that says Build with Thrive Content Builder.
Once I click on it to add content, the page keeps loading and the builder is not functional. If I deactivate the EC plugin, the content builder becomes functional again.
Thanks.
ManuelParticipantNot quite sure its a theme issue, I never had this problem up until the new EC updates.
I contacted support with Thrive, and they mention it has to do with the EC plugin. I hope this isnt a back and forth issue with either service.
Here is what I am seeing on the PHP Error log when I tried updating my site with the content builder:
[Fri Jan 13 15:28:23.824031 2017] [:error] [pid 4270] [client 98.242.205.90:21912] .htaccess contains redirect, referer: https://miamicomedy.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=4824&action=edit
