while we are waiting for a fix, how do I edit the available inventory number so it shows correctly to the public and we can sell the correct number of tickets? I tried to edit one of the tickets to increase the number but it wont let me.

Yes, we deleted 18 tickets but the available inventory is not reflecting that the deleted tickets are now available again. This is only an issue for tours that have shared-capacity tickets. All our other tours automatically add the tickets back into inventory after we delete them. Screen shots attached.

This event has not been sold out so we are only talking about available inventory. Originally 4 ticket types sharing 50 available tickets. There are currently 10 showing on the attendee list but the available tickets to the public is showing 26 available and it should be showing 40 available.
In the TOUR DETAILS in Admin it shows Total Tickets Sold: 24, Complete: 14, Deleted Attendees: 17
So I have 2 issues. The first one is the number of available tickets is not updating when we delete a ticket and the second issue is its showing 14 complete but only 10 are showing on the attendees list.

I have the same problem but it only seems to effect tickets with shared capacity. The inventory is adjusted correctly and automatically with events that only have 1 ticket type so the feature does exist for ETP. It makes no sense to me that events that have multiple ticket types and shared capacity would not work the same way. I view this as a bug.

How would I show the add on woocommerce item in the event ticket?  We would need it to all happen from one screen so we know which item goes to which person.

Great suggestion but that will not work because we need to limit number of people for the entire tour and then also limit number of rooms (taking into account that multiple people will share 1 room).
Do you know of any add on products that would allow us to have an add on item that can have its own inventory?
An easier example: We have 30 tickets to sell and anyone of those people can also add a t-shirt to the ticket but we only have 10 tshirts.
Will the event ticket work hand in hand with a woocommerce add on perhaps?
    thanks!

I have 2 follow up questions.

I assumed that shared capacity means each ticket is deducted from the same pool.  So if there are 100 seats for an event and I am selling to adults at $10 and Children $5.  I would set each ticket to shared inventory of 100 right?   I don’t care about the mix, I just need to be sure that I don’t sell more than 100 tickets total.   Do I have this assumption correct??
Your solution below is nice however,  it will not work in this case because the tickets are per person and we can fit up to 4 people in 1 room.    Is there a way to have an add on item that also has an inventory limit?

If there is a way to have an add on item to a ticket that also has its own inventory, I think I can make this work.

I thought of that but the issue is that if is a ‘double’ , ‘triple’ or ‘quad’ all the people are staying in the same hotel room but all need 1 seat each on the bus. So we need a way to group them together (one person does pay). Any recommendations?

More details: We use your software to sell tickets for a bus company who does tours. Most tours are one day so its no big deal, but when they have overnight stays involved then they need to know who is rooming with whom plus there are discounts based on how many people in the room. ANY help appreciated.

    Thanks!!!!
