    Hey CDC,

I definitely apologize for the inconvenience here and understand completely where you’re coming from.

Due to the way each of our plugins are developed, there was a long history of complete incompatibility with WPML. We worked last year to get general compatibility for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO.

We’re continuing to work with the team at WPML to complete the compatibility for all of our plugins and we hope to get that accomplished this year. However, there isn’t a set timeline that I could provide here for when these might be accomplished.

    Thanks!

    Hey Marion,

That looks like it should work! Also, to have it show only the upcoming, you can add “eventDisplay => ‘upcoming'” to the args there.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Robert,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

If there is a particular query that is being used for the export, you can use the “pre_get_posts()” action on that query to change the “suppress_filters” argument to true. This should prevent any of the filters that we are running for the tribe_events post type from being applied to that query.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Mauricio,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I went through the registration process on your site and saw the issue with profile.php within the dashboard. This process isn’t directly related with our plugin however and is default WordPress steps. As an initial step in diagnosing though, I would recommend following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to see where the issue with the profile breaks down.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Mark,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

To clarify, are you just wanting the event list on the home page the way that it displays within the main event list view or are you wanting them to display mixed in with your main blog posts on your homepage with just the events having the alternative view similar to the event list?

    Thanks!

    Hey Charlotte,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

It appears that this value is set in the src > Tribe > RSVP.php file on line #120. Currently, there doesn’t appear to be a straightforward way to modify that particular value.

I’ll create an internal request to have that modified or a filter added to make this easily customizable in the future.

I apologize for the inconvenience here. Let me know if you have any further questions here.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Taking a look at the snippet that you’ve provided, try removing the “<span class=”st_h”>tribeHideRecurrence'</span> <span class=”sy0″>=></span> <span class=”nu0″>1</span><span class=”sy0″>,” line or changing the value to “0”. </span>

Let me know if that helps to get those recurring events displaying like you would like.

    Thanks!

    Hey Mira,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Once an event is imported, you can re-synchronize the event information using a new button that is added to events imported from Facebook within your WordPress dashboard. This will update the date as well as other information including title and content.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Lindsay,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You can use the information in the other thread you’ve mentioned here to get the event information. You can then take a look at the templates > emails folder within WooCommerce to find the appropriate email that you would like to modify (I believe the one you’re looking for in this instance is the customer-completed-order.php file).

You can then take a look at the hooks that WooCommerce has built into each of their templates and add the information using the appropriate hook there.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Rafael,

Wanted to follow up here to see if the issue persists for your site in version 4.0.5 of the plugin? We were doing some further testing on this one in preparation for hitting it in our next update and notice that this particular issue may have been fixed as a byproduct of another issue.

    Thanks!

    Hey Chip,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

It sounds like you may be able to get everything you’re looking for with our free Event Tickets plugin. The main reason to upgrade to Plus from there would be if you needed the payment gateways for ticket purchases.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Mat,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

With the latest update, we made the decision to remove WooCommerce Products as an option for adding tickets since the tickets themselves are a product. If you would like, could you give me a little more detail about how you’re needing the tickets to function on your site from a customer perspective and maybe we can help to come up with a good solution for what you’re looking for here.

    Thanks!

    Hey Erick,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately, although our plugins are translation ready, the Community Events plugin isn’t currently guaranteed to work with mulit-language plugins such as WPML or Polylang. On this note as well, we’ve elected to support WPML for this functionality and currently support it for our core plugin and Events Calendar PRO. We are working of more complete compatibility across our plugin suite.

Currently, the front-end form will only be translated into the main language set for the WordPress installation.

I apologize for any inconvenience here.

    Thanks!

    Hey Braden,

Unfortunately we are unable to provide support here in our translations forum. If you have purchased an add-on you can login and post in one of our premium forums. For support for the free Events Calendar plugin, we ask that you make support requests in our forum on WordPress.org.

    Thanks!

    Hey Ryan,

Thanks for providing the link to your site.

I took a look at your site on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and wasn’t able to see the issue described here. When looking at the site, the content looked like it was showing above the tribe bar nicely and not hidden by it.

Were you able to get this issue resolved or am I misunderstanding the original issue here.

    Thanks!
