ParticipantHey Hugh,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Thanks for providing your system information here, it definitely helps in replicating the issues here. Would you also be willing to provide a screenshot of the settings for creating the event with the issue above?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Fred,
Thanks for following up with us!
I believe the category options there are currently limited to only showing categories and tags that have events assigned to them (that’s why linked tag archive above isn’t shown as an option for the tags). If you tag an event to “short-course” does the tag show as an option on your calendar then?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Cassy,
No problem, happy to help!
It would probably be best to open new tickets for different types of questions. This will help to keep the forums organized as well as help us to ensure we’re able to address each of the questions directly and fully without the confusion of addressing different topics within a single thread.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Fred,
Ah, if that’s the case, the solution here is much simpler.
You can actually set this up within the display settings for the plugin (Event Settings > Display) tab under the “Date Format Settings” section. From there, you can use the date format options to get the layout that you would like for displaying dates under the different scenarios listed there.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Are you trying to add the excerpt to the List view or to the Event List Widget?
If it is for the widget, you would change (using the PRO plugin view in your theme) the src > views > pro > widgets > modules > single-event.php and add the excerpt wherever you would like in there.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Ryan,
Yes, you should be able to cover the import as described above with just the iCal Importer plugin. You wouldn’t need PRO unless you wanted the additional features available there for the calendar (unrelated to the import).
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up here.
Even thougt the thread is closed, we will still reach out on the thread as our team makes progress on the issue. I took a look at our internal ticket for tracking this issue and unfortunately it doesn’t look like it was scheduled for this previously maintenance release, however it will be reviewed for inclusion in an upcoming release.
I apologize again for the continued inconvenience of this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns about this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Phil,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can relate the already created tickets to the events by adding the WooCommerce Product ID for the ticket as the value for “_tribe_wooticket_for_event” meta on the associated event. If you have access to the database via a tool such as phpMyAdmin, you can manually add that information to the “postmeta” table for the associated events.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
