Hi.
This thread is extended from the existing thread, https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/days/
I had a look at the themer’s guide, which makes more sense to me.
Now, could you please let me know which template file that I need to work with to implement the days?
I am confusing it may be either The Events Calendar template files or Events Calendar PRO or something else.Looking forward to hearing from you.
Cheers, Fred

Thanks for reaching out to us!
Looking over the previous thread, it looks like you’re wanting to add that additional text to the List view for the events? If I’m understanding correctly, it looks like it would be best to look at the src > views > modules > meta > details.php within the core plugin files for adding this information.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

Thanks for your prompt updates.
Before processing, I want to clarify what I wish to implement.
While currently the date format is “July 7”, I’d like to show the date as “Thursday, July 7”.Please let me know your instructions are OK for this.
Regards, Fred

I have made a small change as attached screenshot.
Then I got what I want, which the dates are displayed as “Fri 8 Jul”.Is this OK?

Ah, if that’s the case, the solution here is much simpler.
You can actually set this up within the display settings for the plugin (Event Settings > Display) tab under the “Date Format Settings” section. From there, you can use the date format options to get the layout that you would like for displaying dates under the different scenarios listed there.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

Thanks a lot for your help.
