ParticipantHello magpivo,
Happy to have been able to help!

ParticipantHello rhythmtravels,
In the future, it is best to open a new ticket while referencing a similar ticket so we can ensure that your request is answered as quickly as possible.
But, thanks for reaching out to us! I’ve submitted a bug report and we are looking into the issue. In the meantime, have you also had your frequency set to “Hourly” for that import? Also, are you on a multisite installation?
Thanks!

ParticipantHello unaimonreal,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m not sure if I’m fully understanding your request. It sounds like you would like to create a single event and then assign that event to multiple, sporadic days rather than on a regular repeating schedule? If so, you could try this plugin to duplicate the event and change the dates while leaving all the other information the same.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello bordergrill,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I checked out the site (looks great!) and was able to see that the search doesn’t appear to be working as expected. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the page is showing a javascript error from the “popupthis” plugin folder. If you disable this plugin, does the search functionality become restored?
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello Scott,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
This is definitely a strange issue to be having. Did this event happen to have a large number of registrants compared to other events?
Also, as a starting point, have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure the issue you’re facing aren’t due to a conflict with another plugin or your existing theme. Let me know if anything comes up while testing.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello stevenmilstein,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I tested out the the different ticket types and it appears there is a bug in the plugin for how prices will display when using or editing different ticket types. I’ve reported the issue to our developers.
Until the issue is resolved, I’ll look into some possible solutions for temporary fixes and get a response back to you tomorrow.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a direct response but hopefully we can get some options for you together shortly.
Thanks!
Josh

I may be misunderstanding but the customization you describe in your original message is showing up on your site when I visit the page.
Anyways, we do have several style options under the “Display” tab within the plugin settings. These let you determine how much of the calendar’s styling will be controlled by the plugin and how much will be defined by you via your theme. You can try the different options there along with the styles in your theme to see if that gets you the control that you’re looking for.
For CSS classes and overwriting in your theme, it is best to get just slightly more specific than the styles used within the plugin’s CSS. So, when editing an element, you can find how it is being targeted within the plugin and add a layer of specificity when styling it in your theme. For example, you could add a div ID where a class is used or preface the element with “body” to get your theme to overwrite the plugin styles. This will be cleaner than having “!important” used throughout your CSS file.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a direct response however I hope this was able to point you in the right direction.
Thanks!

Is this ajax setting your describing controlled site-wide for your site by another plugin or your theme? You can try changing that to see if it creates the URLs as previously described.
Let me know if this works for you. If not, we can do some digging to help find other possible directions to help you get the information you need.
Thanks!

You can try to see if the ID is getting pulled by assigning the “$post->ID” to a variable and echoing it onto the page. That’ll at least debug to see if the proper post ID is being grabbed. Unfortunately, beyond that, there isn’t much else I can do to help in getting customizations pulled together for sites.
For the recurring events issue, you could try using this setting within the “Settings” -> “General” tab of our plugin to see if this gets you the desired display that you’re looking for.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Kevin,
Sorry about that. It may have been triggered by another user.
I’ll keep the ticket closed then and if you need anything else, the encouragement to open a new ticket still stands 🙂
Thanks!

ParticipantHello rappnews,

I’ve noted the use of multisite in our system and investigating whether that would be influencing the issue you’re currently experiencing.
Also, thanks for trying out the change in frequency. I’ll follow up with you in a couple of days to see if the duplication has continued to persist with this changed setting.
Thanks!

- Definitely! you can add “/rss” to the end of the URL to your events page to access the main RSS feed for your events.
- For this one, I would echo what Brook mentioned in your previous post about increasing the number of events that display within the list view to include multiple months of events and then using the export link.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello Luca,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
In the future, it is best to open a new request so we’re able to answer your question as quickly as possible.
Ordering by end date will require customizations to the query. There is some great information provided here on the WordPress.org forums for our plugin that should get you pointed in the right direction.
The problem though is that you’ll probably need to contain your custom query to specific views or custom pages since the changed order will probably cause some strange issues for the grid or week views.
I hope this helps to get you pointed in the right directions.
Thanks!
Josh

This is currently on our radar and we will be looking at the possibility of implementing the Google Event Data Highlighter in an upcoming release.  If you would like, you can vote for this feature on our UserVoice page.
In the meantime, could you send a link to an example of an Eventbrite event and the associated event on your site so I can see the issue you’re noticing with event data in Eventbrite and see if there is a solution I can offer?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello newlifechristiancommunity,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry you’re experiencing difficulty in getting your events set up. Have you tried following the steps in the Testing for Conflict procedures? This will help us to narrow down what may be causing the issues that you’re having.
Thanks!
