ParticipantHi Simone,
That is your theme sidebar showing at the bottom. If you don’t want that there you will need to first tell me what you have set as your Events Template in Events > Settings > Template.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Elaine,
Please repost your question in the Community Events forum: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/community-events/
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Joe, glad to hear that works for you. So are you all set here? Can I close this out?

ParticipantSimone, do you have a link you can share so I can take a look at the issue?

That’s great to hear. I’m going to close this out but do let us know if you need help with anything else.

ParticipantHi Don,
Sorry about the delay in getting this resolved for you. I just logged into your website and modified the timezone to UTC-7 which is the UTC time for Denver and it seems to have resolved the issue. Can you please confirm this?
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Christian,
Sorry about the delay in reply here. Your thread was marked as spam and was not noticed until now. Are you still having an issue with this? Can you provide a sample of the code you have tried or are working with?
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi there,
Not sure why this is happening but I was able to reproduce on my end as well and I see the hovercard id as you mentioned. I’m going to need to have a developer take a look at this to say more. Please stay tuned.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Rowan,
Ok, you’re going to have to do this then. Open up your theme’s page.php template and find where the comments_template() function is called. You need to wrap this in conditional code like so: http://snippi.com/s/ntmc7rq
Does that help?

ParticipantHi Simone,
Do you have a link to the other thread? Is this a thread for the issue you are describing with the list of posts and categories at the bottom of the page?

Jonah
ParticipantHi Simone, that sounds like a different problem. Can you please create another thread so we can keep things organized? Please also provide some more detail about your issue and include some examples we can take a look at.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHey Joe,
Gotcha. What about putting some conditional code within tickets.php for your custom template? if(is_page(‘about’) {} … ?

Jonah
ParticipantYou’re welcome Dusan, so does this resolve the issue for you?

ParticipantHI Tiago,
I’m not quite sure the actual functionality taking place here and will need to check with a developer. Stay tuned.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Tom,
No, you don’t need to do anything extra. The microformat attributes are there for you and will work automatically. Of course this doesn’t answer all aspects of SEO and you will want to look into additional methods to achieve specific positioning if this is what you’re looking to do. But that’s a whole other topic and not something we can help you with.
