MemberHi Liorah
This sounds like there may be a caching issue with your payment plugin or something else that may be going on in the database with WooCommerce.
I recommend checking in with WooThemes Support to see if they can shed any light on the issue you’re experiencing. This article might help, but please understand that we cannot vouch for this solution.
Let me know if this helps point you in the right direction.
Have a great weekend!

MemberHi Gray!
Please correct me if I’m wrong, but it sounds like you got this all covered. Are you in good shape or is there anything we can help you get sorted out?

MemberHi Israel
Thank you for your interest in our plugins! I’d be happy to help!
First off, I do want to note that we are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this. At the very least, I’d be happy to at least point you in the right direction, if I can.
Saying that, our plugins do allow for customizations. Our Events Calendar Pro plugin also comes with a set of widgets and shortcodes (which we’re getting ready to add to in our next big release coming up).
A good starting place could be reviewing our Themer’s guide and Functions archive if you’d like to take a look there as it comes to help with customizing.
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions. We’re here to help!

MemberHi Dan
You’re very welcome!
This is not entirely on topic, but this helps explain how the Orders and managing attendees works.
Modifying and customizing the emails are out of what we’re able to assist with, but a good starting place could be our Themer’s guide and Functions archive if you’d like to take a look there.
From past experience, I believe there is a way to customize the emails WooCommerce sends out, but I’m not entirely sure where they stand today on this option. I also believe they sell an extension on automatically adding your customers to an email service such as Constant Contact (they can checkmark a box in the order checkout page).
Have a great weekend!

We have a two guides that will be a great place for you to start:
– Our Themer’s Guide (there is a list within the Events Calendar Pro section for Photo View)
– Functions ArchiveAs a helpful point in a potential right direction – it sounds like this is the file you’ll want to review in the Filter Bar plugin if that is what you’re interested in customizing >
src/Tribe/Filters/Category.phpHopefully this helps you complete that customization!
Have an excellent weekend!

MemberHi Alec
Let’s give the following a shot to see if it helps you out right now. Our current available shortcodes can be viewed here:
It’s possible that what might work for you right now is our Events Calendar Pro’s “FEATURED VENUE SHORTCODE.” You’ll find this about half way down the Pro Shortcodes page I linked to above.
We are about to also introduce a new set of shortcodes in our 4.3 release (currently we do not have a specific launch date). You’re more than welcome to join in on our beta (possibly beginning 9/12/16)! Feel free to sign up HERE.
Please let me know if this helps point you in the right direction.
Have an excellent day!

MemberHi Dan!
Solid question! Event Tickets Plus automatically sends an email to a customer once an order has been placed which has the order information and tickets. If you are selling tickets through an eCommerce system, such as WooCommerce, there will also be order emails your customers receive.
Here is our Knowledgebase article list on using Event Tickets Plus. There is a wealth of info you can run through to get a well rounded feel for features this add-on brings to your site.
Here are some basic examples of the emails that are automatically sent out:
- Event Tickets Plus order info HERE
- WooCommerce Order Email HERE
- WooCommerce Order Complete Email HERE
Does this help answer your question? Feel free to let us know. We’re here to help!
Cheers!

MemberHi Luis
Thanks for the interest in our plugins!
I believe our plugins will work for you. It sounds like you may just need our free “The Events Calendar” (here’s a link to our Events Calendar Pro in case you need additional features) and then purchase a single site license of our iCal Importer (if you are only going to have it on one site – multisite if you’ll be activating on multiple sites).
Our iCal Importer can “fetch” – whatever you publish in Google Calendar. You can can even create an automated “fetch” rule to pull your new Google Calendar events that you enter in the future.
You can then use the iCal Importer to fetch events from your subdomains (for your main home page calendar) and create scheduled imports from your other calendars. From there, you can embed a calendar widget on your home page to show all these events.
*Please note that there is an iCal URL within The Events Calendar that Google Calendar can use to import events as well (e.g. http://yoursite.com/events/ical), but it’s up to Google Calendar when it pulls those events or you can export this file and import it into your Google Calendar manually, our plugins do not outwardly send out the event information to a service such as Google Calendar.
Thanks again for your interest. Let me know if there’s any other questions I can answer for you!
Cheers!

MemberHi Alec!
Welcome to the Support Forums!
You’re in great shape. Here’s all you need to do…
Jump into your Events > Settings > Display (tab – http://screencast.com/t/99rkPDnyiuz0) > scroll down to near the bottom. You’ll see two sections, one titled “Add HTML before event content” and “Add HTML after event content” – this is where you can add in the content you’d like to appear above and below your calendar. Here is a screen shot of this section: http://screencast.com/t/LnsjbwaO

MemberHi Jeff
Jeff here! (solid name!). 🙂
Looking at the screenshot you shared, my first thought is that this is a theme CSS override of how the table elements are laid out. If you’d like, you’re welcome to send me the link to this form and I can confirm with you if this is in fact the theme you’re using that is overriding how the RSVP form is being laid out. Or if this helps point you in the right direction, excellent!
Please let me know either way, if this helps answer your question.
Have an excellent day!
Jeff
