    At checkout (event ticket purchase), the cart shows anything you have added EVER. And there is no way to clear it – or at least that I can find. Customers accidentally add extra tickets and can’t remove them – so they then can’t purchase online and have to call to get tickets. And accounts hold onto this forever – like mine below. I can’t proceed to check out and I can’t clear my cart. Is there an easy way to fix this – or perhaps something I’m missing?

    Here’s a copy of my cart – it is holding on to all the items I’ve added over the last year.
    This is also happening to customers who return to purchase event tickets.

    Hi Liorah

    This sounds like there may be a caching issue with your payment plugin or something else that may be going on in the database with WooCommerce.

    I recommend checking in with WooThemes Support to see if they can shed any light on the issue you’re experiencing.  This article might help, but please understand that we cannot vouch for this solution.
