    Good afternoon,

    We are in the process of having our website updated. We are a small/medium sized public library. We have already been approved for Events Calendar Pro nonprofit account; however, we are interested in getting Events Tickets in addition to the calendar. As so our patrons can register for our events directly on one website instead of using multiple ones.

    When a patron goes to “check out” a ticket, would we be able to alter the information we collect? Since we do not charge individuals for our events, we do require them to be a resident of our town or town next over, and to have a library card. We also ask for their phone number and e-mail.

    Great to hear from you!  It’s excellent to hear that our plugin suite can truly help your library and community come together. 🙂

    To help answer your question – you are on the right path.  It sounds like you’ll be using the RSVP feature as opposed to the ‘sales’ feature – since you are not charging money for your events.

    Our Event Tickets Plus is the add-on you’ll need to pick up for this added functionality.  Event Tickets Plus provides you with the freedom to add in additional RSVP information you’ll be able to collect from your community members.  When you have a few minutes, please review our knowledgebase article that discusses adding additional attendee fields to your event ticket RSVP forms. This knowledgebase article will show you first hand how to achieve your goals of requesting this additional info.
