ParticipantThanks for the update

ParticipantAfter updating, deleting everything (aside form categories) from the events calendar plugin, and importing again, the same issue is occurring.
Here is the ID of the West End Cultural Centre which is causing issues:

ParticipantStrange, my apologies. The facebook plugin did not indicate an update was available. I updated it to 3.9.4 and tried again with all other plugins deactivated and using the TwentyThirteen theme.
Here is the list of events to import for that venue before the import is run:

This is the result I get afterwards on the admin Venues page:

Really not sure why it’s happening… I tried using the name WestEndCulturalCentre and the ID in two different tests but both came out looking like this.

ParticipantThanks for the reply,
Do you have any idea when this may be released? I’m just trying to get an idea so we can have some kind of response to the client in question.

ParticipantHere’s a screenshot listing the events that did import (after deleting all existing events, venues, tags, and organizers):

ParticipantThanks I forgot about this post, sorry.
It’s working now.

ParticipantThanks for the reply,
I do have an older app for personal use that I can use for testing purposes, but an update in the near future would be much appreciated.
Thank you

ParticipantAwesome, it’s working now.
This issue also happened on other sites that did not have wp_debug on…
Do you know any other reasons off the top of your head that might cause this problem?
Joshua Hay
ParticipantSorry Gustavo,
I forgot I was on the development site testing this. I cleared my cache but no luck.

ParticipantThanks Gustavo,
I wasn’t aware there were updates to be made, but I installed all of the new plugins for TEC, TEC Pro, and Filter Bar.
Still, the page is staying stuck on the loading wheel when I try to filter results or click on “Next Events” / “Previous Events”.
Joshua Hay
ParticipantAlso, I’m getting the following javascript error in my console log:
Uncaught ReferenceError: debug is not defined
tribe-events-pro.min.js?ver=3.8.1:12
Joshua Hay
ParticipantI have checked “Use Javascript to control date filtering”, if this is what you were referring to.

I also just noticed that clicking “Next Events” and “Previous Events” has started adding /list/ to the URL but not actually loading new events.
