ParticipantHey Gustavo,
I doubt hosting would be an issue, as this is a sporadic and somewhat rare yet reoccurring problem.
I updated T.E.C. to 3.9.1 and, after disabling some functions.php code, got everything running again. The filter bar is now loading events, but AJAX doesn’t seem to be an option any more. Is this done intentionally? I now need to click “Search” beneath filters now, where I previously just clicked on a filter option to load results live.

ParticipantNevermind, Custom Content Shortcode plugin needed an update, sorry for the trouble.

ParticipantThat’s not exactly what I’m looking for. That index returns the post ID for the ticket PRODUCT, not the TICKET itself. Each ticket has an ID generated for it which is displayed on ticket emails and I still can’t figure out how to reach it.
Sorry if I mislead you, I just really need this unique identifier that the Admins can have displayed for them regarding purchase information.

ParticipantThis is awesome, thanks so much!

Basically, I was just wondering if there’s a way to create a Ticket object or other way to grab the Event using a ticket ID. Any help would be great, thanks.

ParticipantThat should actually work, thank you. I should have been able to figure that out myself but it’s been a hefty week. Thanks for the help.

ParticipantAlright, thanks for the reply. Help is much appreciated.
And, yes, please do bring it up. It really is a logically fundamental piece that’s missing at the moment.

ParticipantStill would like a response here please

ParticipantNot for the present, I had already deleted all of our test orders iteratively and permanently. Is that the only way to undo ticket sales? Seems a bit silly that tickets wouldn’t have database functionality as fundamental as cascade on delete.
If I can’t fix this through the admin panel for now, that’s fine. Just trying to see what my options are. At least I will know for the future.

ParticipantWoop, there we go.
My apologies, I assumed the folder would start with “the-” and my eyes were lost in the over-sized plugins directory. Thanks for your help!

ParticipantIn WordPress, The Events Calendar PRO is listed and activated. However, there was no the-events-calendar-pro directory installed to my plugins folder. I’m a little bit baffled at the moment.
