ParticipantOne more question:
3/ why can I only select ONE category before import? It would be useful to select all that I need in one fell swoop.
Thank you,

ParticipantHi,
The things you’ve done so far to optimize the site seem great. I instantly noticed the speed increase for cached pages like the homepage and the main events page as well as several others.
Thank you. Yes, we have optimized the homepage, main events page and other pages.
Have you tried disabling everything except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro + switching to a default theme to see if it runs faster?
Yes, We have tried this too. We have deactivated all other events except Events calendar and Events calendar Pro with the default theme. But no help, still it is loading very slow and getting a response time issue about 12 – 15 secs.

And also please make sure that this issue should not exist in the production website. So kindly requesting you to check the production website too.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi, the events are showing up now. Caching could be the issue. I will keep an eye on it and let you know if the issue remains even if I clear cache.
Thank you,

Thanks in advance for your help.

Participantthank you for letting me know.
One wish I have is that we want to be able to set the TIMES for each day as
they are often different.Gisela Nilsson
ParticipantHi Geoff,
I did set it up now as you suggested in solution 1 in your first email and it worked. See screen shots.
Observation however: is there some way to make this clearer to the user? I use Community events and I don’t think that users will understand that it works this way; and I didn’t either.
For the first event we set up, March 11-12, it clearly states ” This event starts at 8:00am on March 11 and ends at 5:00pm on March 12, 2017″ > so it clearly says it is 2 days.
But, for the other ones, it says “One event on April 8, 2017 at 8:00AM” and “One event on May 13, 2017 at 8:00AM”
Which makes it sound like the event is only on that specific date, right?
Do you agree?
(I made TEST EVENT and left it up there so you can see it: Test event by Admin, Boston, MA
thank you,

ParticipantHi again,
the only issue is that in the event itself, it doesn’t show the TIMES for each day. See screen
shot.See how it doesn’t show what time it ends on July 8 (which should be 4pm):
I wish I could display the event for a range of days and show the times for each day. Is there a way to do that?
Thanks!
