ParticipantI need to correct myself. I did find this page for the missing information I wanted for tribe_events_list:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Not being able to utilize the Featured checkbox is still a disappointment.
John
ParticipantI’ve gone ahead and used [tribe_events_list tag=”featured” tribe-bar=”false” limit=”3″] for this. It’s not ideal, as there should be no need to use a tag for something we’re already clicking a checkbox for in the event editor screen. However, the formatting of the shortcode does not match the Events List widget, when “Limit to featured events only” is checked. The background to each featured event doesn’t display the color set in Customizer. It’s also limited in that you can’t select which pieces of data to display (eg. Address, etc).
website is onlyindurham.com

ParticipantHi, Courtney.
That does not work for my needs. I’m looking for the shortcode that displays featured events just like the widget.

ParticipantWhich part of the CSS should I be using to override the white on white?
John
ParticipantIt’s still not collecting all images…
Here are 3 specific examples. I don’t have a specific count of how many were missed, at this time.

ParticipantHi, Nico.
Those are the precise steps of replication.
Thanks, so much.

ParticipantHi, Nico. This is resolved, but importing Facebook events that I have previously marked as Featured Events is turning off this setting.
John
ParticipantGreat. Thank you!

ParticipantI tried rolling back to the previous versions of Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro and the message persists. I disconnected my license from the website and re-entered the license for both Aggregator and Pro and the message persists.

ParticipantHi, Andras!
You’re seeing what I’m seeing. These are EST events.
This is what they SHOULD be:
Candle dipping for kids: Feb 4, 2017, 10am to 11am New York time
Holiday Cookie Decorating: Feb 6, 2017, 6pm to 7pm New York time
Thanks for the investigation!

ParticipantI’m still seeing this behavior with ical imports. The ICS file is coming across UTC time, so the events are displaying 5 hours later than they should be. I’ve tried setting the timezone to both New York and UTC -5. Neither fix the behavior.
