Never mind. I had to disconnect, deactivate, then reactivate my TEC Pro to make the message disappear. Not exactly user friendly.
dchaneyParticipantNot fixed on my site.
dchaneyParticipantThis is an issue I had 2 years ago with Events Calendar Pro. It is occurring on my site again. Out of installs
July 2, 2015 at 7:49 am in reply to: Update available for Events Calendar PRO. Number of installs exceeded. #974721dchaneyParticipantI’m using mountain-view-music-scene.com. I have not changed the domain for over a year. I did a disconnect and manually updated TEC-PRO.
Thanks for your help.

The browser I was using was ie 11 on win8.1. The state was Arkansas. The form worked correctly on Safari on my iPad.
Still not convinced that the annual price is reasonable for a non-income producing public service site.

I don’t recall that my purchase was for a subscription, but for a license. Did your marketing model change in the last year? On principle, I don’t usually purchase any subscription software except anti-virus protection.
dchaneyParticipantdchaneyParticipantI got it. I created a tribe-events-pro.css file with the code and created a tribe-events/pro folder in my theme. I then uploaded the new file to the new folder. Much cleaner look in the upcoming events widget!
dchaneyParticipantI’m using twenty-ten theme. Where would I best insert the css line mentioned above to remove the Recurring Event message? Thanks.
dchaneyParticipantI find the Recurring Event (See All) as pretty useless. Since the content of each recurring event is identical except for dates, the display is redundant.
dchaneyParticipantI’ve updated but it may be a while before I have another long-term recurring event. I’ll post results when I do.
dchaneyParticipantThe only thing I can think of is that my recurring series were generally once a week for 20 weeks, therefore spanning several months.
dchaneyParticipantI enabled another Permalink style and all seems to be working OK. Thanks!
April 27, 2014 at 10:13 am in reply to: New to TEC – recurrence in 3.5.2 producing 404 error #143822dchaneyParticipantI trashed the new series again. About 5 of 100 remained on the events list. The edit options for trashing showed Trash rather than Trash Series. I was able to Edit Single and Publish one of the events and was then able to view the event as desired.
I hope all these narratives help solve the problems with 3.5.2 and the recurring events.
April 27, 2014 at 10:06 am in reply to: New to TEC – recurrence in 3.5.2 producing 404 error #143819dchaneyParticipantI just trashed then rebuilt the recurring series. It took several tries to remove the events even though they were produced as a single recurring event. I tried to Edit Single one of the events and I could not get the event to separate from the recurring series. I still get a 404 when attempting to view the selected event’s details.
